The house is a great little ranch in the middle of Texas country and it’s not a far commute into some of the main attractions for DFW. Definitely recommend if needing to stay near the wedding venue close by. My only issue was there were wasps near the doors and this could be an issue if you’re allergic to them. Some spaces in the house could use more furniture (night stands/lamps/etc.) or a few more items in the kitchen, but in all it was a quaint little get away place.

The house was absolutely beautiful. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. It was perfect for our stay. Less than 30 minutes from Winstar Casino. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is really pretty and large. The property is surrounded by farm animals, which we loved. The house is really nice and big. We loved that the primary is secluded.

“The place is very spacious and clean. Our only issues were the lack of toilet paper and plastic hangers—there were only wire ones left behind by previous guests. Additionally, one of the closet racks wasn’t properly anchored to the wall and was unusable.”

Home was spacious and clean. Lacking a few things in the kitchen that would have made meal prep easier, but overall a great location and plenty of space. Great home away from the hustle, bustle & noise of the city to just be able to rest & reset. Host was quick to respond and very kind.

The house was clean and check-in was easy. The kitchen was adequate, but missing some standard items like a dishwasher, cookie sheets, a can opener, and an icemaker. The bathrooms did not have towel racks. The doors for the extra bedroom closets were missing. There was mildewed bath rugs in the washing machine. The garage doors did not work properly. The house is located a couple of miles down a well maintained gravel road. The views are serene and it is very quiet! It was the perfect location for our trip to a wedding in the area.

House was super nice. It was perfectly for what we needed and it had a decent amount of amenities. The bedding and towels were clean but floors were kind of dirty. The host responded quickly and was super helpful. Would definitely stay again.

The house was very spacious and immaculate on the interior. Even nicer than the photos. Beds were super comfortable, with different degrees of firmness and softness for picky sleepers. The tub in the master bath is a real treat after a long trip. The location is perfect for attending a nearby wedding. The host was extremely responsive to any questions. Highly recommend.

House was perfect for what we needed it for. Clean and just as pictured. Check-in it was easy. Thankful they did provide a second way of access to the inside as when we arrived home the 2nd time, late and after a wedding, we could not get the door keypad to work. No worries, because they had that covered. I didn’t have to contact them late at night. The only thing that I would suggest, the yard was pretty grown up. It didn’t affect me, but I would recommend for others that may care more to be sure to have it mowed. Thanks again for the stay and for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Stayed two nights for my son’s wedding at a local venue and while the house itself was very nice, especially the upgraded bathrooms with huge showers, the stay itself was miserable. The air conditioner did not work and so the house was 80° our entire stay making it unbearable. The property is swarming with bugs and are attracted to the porch lights. When you open the front door, they all swam inside. There are dead bugs all over the inside of the house, a large live spider was found in one of the beds the first night. The garage doors do not open so you can’t bypass the front door and go in through there to avoid the bugs.Beware if you have a small car that you have to take a gravel road a long way to get to the property. Also, while there are several TV mounts in the house, there is only one TV in the back den area. The front living room also only has one chair. There’s not enough seating in the house for the six people that it holds. When showering, the water smells like rotten eggs. Not sure if this is because of the water softening system that is installed. The bed in the primary bedroom squeaks so loudly that when sharing a bed, every time your partner moves it wakes you up. I cannot attest to the other two bedrooms as I didn’t test them out. I would have given this property one star, but decided on three because while it did take the owner 18 hours to respond to my concerns, they did respond and gave me a small refund.

A wonderful place to stay. It was very close to the wedding venue. The house has lots of room and was very comfortable. It had everything we needed to cook our favorite breakfast.
