Don’t advertise 4 beds when two of the beds are mattresses on the floor.

I regret that I cannot assist you further if you haven’t thoroughly read the property description. Additionally, you requested the gate code, which indicates that you haven’t reviewed the property details. This is unfortunate, and I must deduct three stars from your rating due to your negligence.

They had guests just before our check in and didn’t get everything cleaned up and restocked prior to our check in. The cleaning was just that there were left over confetti strips so that wasn’t bad. More about towels not being put in bathrooms. Found some in the utility room closet so it worked out. Shower water pressure wasn’t great and there needs to be some general maintenance completed, example Welcome sign is falling apart, small things like that. Lights for the pickleball court don’t work well for pickleball as they’re too low and create a glare. Had a basketball net but no basketball. Cool that it had a pool table but it’s on a slope so you can’t really play a real game. Sleeping arrangements worked for our needs. Didn’t really use the media room but looked neat. Seating would have been difficult though as they were bar stools but no bar. We didn’t pull out any of the stated folded mattresses and that might have been a good option if needed in the media room. Unfortunately, there happens to be a lot of construction going on in the area so that’s a little bit of a pain.

The house was nice. Kitchen was reasonably stocked. Game room and playground were great for the kids. There was a lot of construction very close by so there was a noise level to deal with.
