The Space:

The second bedroom is ideally suited for children or groups, equipped with a sturdy and fun bunk bed with a full and three twin beds, ensuring a comfortable stay for younger guests. The third bedroom offers a versatile combination of sleeping arrangements, featuring two twin beds, providing flexibility for various guest configurations. The spacious living area is thoughtfully designed for relaxation and fostering connections, creating a welcoming atmosphere for spending quality time together. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, complete with all the essential appliances and tools necessary for preparing delicious meals, including a convenient dishwasher for easy cleanup. Guest Access:
Your stay at Seaside Haven grants you full access to the entire property. You'll have private access to the bedrooms, the living space, and the kitchen, equipped with all the essentials. Step outside to the patio to relax and enjoy the seaside air. Guests are also welcome to use the garage for up to 2 cars plus free and metered street parking nearby.

Nestled in the heart of Seaside Heights, our haven offers the perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment. Step outside and you're just moments away from the iconic Seaside Heights Boardwalk (a few steps away!), where you can enjoy classic boardwalk games, delicious treats, and stunning ocean views. Convenient access to transportation makes your stay easy! You'll find local bus stops within a short walking distance. Free parking is readily available both on the street and at the property itself. If you're looking to travel further, the Bay Head train station is a quick 15-minute drive, providing access to regional rail lines. For those flying in, Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) is approximately a 90-minute drive away, offering a wide range of domestic and international flights.

PET POLICY: For our listings that are pet friendly: Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. By bringing a pet onto the property, you agree to assume all liability for your pet's behavior and to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and management from any claims or damages arising from your pet. Size/weight and breed restrictions may apply. For our listings marked “no pets” - this is strictly enforced. If you have a service animal, we kindly ask that you book one of our pet friendly listings.

GUEST SECURITY: All guests will be required to upload a valid Photo ID (Drivers License, Passport, Government ID) and verify with a “selfie” to the management company's secure, data encrypted portal before being allowed to check in. This information is required by our insurance company and is not used for any other purposes.

CREDIT CARD FEE: Reservations booked through certain platforms where credit card payments are processed by the host/property management company, Heightened Hospitality LLC, will be subject to a separate 3.5% processing fee. The processing fee is unfortunately non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

SECURITY CAMERA DISCLOSURE: Please be advised there are security cameras present on this listing in the following locations: exterior front entryway/doorbell camera, exterior rear entrance and deck/patio/driveway area. These cameras may record audio & video footage 24/7. We absolutely do not nor will ever have recording devices of any kind inside the home or apartment or any other private area.

NO SMOKING: All properties are ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind - this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris (do not throw butts on the ground). Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee.
