This newly remodeled cozy home is the answer to enjoying your time in Florida. Kitchen is fully furnished with coffee pots, microwave, cookware, dishes and more. Brand new installed bathtub. Linens, towels and wash clothes with beach towels with beach chairs and umbrella provided. Washer and dryer provided for guest use. Master bedroom with queen bed with tv, additional bedroom with two full size beds. Playground in the neighborhood. Bicycles provided for guest. Minutes from local beaches, golf courses, shopping and lots of places to enjoy eating. Within 15-30 minutes to the Gulf coast. Braves training field and water park in North Port. Enjoy the beautiful sand beaches while staying in the comforts of home. Security system with outside surveillance for your safety. Privacy fence with pool cage with screened porch. Every thing was clean and well stocked. The host was helpful with adding an additional night for us! The pool was a bit dirty at the bottom when we got here and it does need some maintenance. The tile, pool lining is chipped and cracked, bottom of it is pretty rough. My kids toes were kinda raw from it. Love the washer and dryer amenities! Note the trash schedule on refrigerator. I took down 3 very full cans and sat at the end of the driveway before we left

This place had everything we needed and more. Amy, the host, was friendly and extremely helpful. We LOVED the pool and spent most of our time floating in paradise. This place is a little slice of Heaven. It is conveniently near anything you could possibly need. Thank you again and we can’t wait to go back next year!

This was the most well stocked vbro we've ever stayed in! Plenty of towels, toiletries and condiments in the cabinets. The kids loved the heated pool and it was close enough to the beach without the beach price tag.

The house was quaint for our visit to Spring training. Very clean and had all the amenities we needed for convenience. The pool was very warm and relaxing. Neighborhood was super quiet. Nice grocery stores, and churches nearby and a great Oyster restaurant with happy hour, one mile from the house, as well. We slept well! Amy the host got back to me quickly with questions. Thanks for sharing your home for a reasonable price

My husband and I purchased this home from my Father. We enjoy spending vacations away from the noise of the big tourist areas. I work as on Occupational Therapy Assistant at a Skilled nursing facility in Ohio. My husband is a store manager for Kroger. We are quickly becoming empty nesters as our youngest is a senior in high school. We enjoy spending time with our children. We have 4 dogs, 7 cats, 2 snakes, 2 lizards, 2 turtles, chickens, ducks, and goats.
We hope that you enjoy staying at our home as much as we do.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood with a privacy fence around the back yard. The pool is surrounded by a cage to keep out the bugs. However a small lizard or frog will break in. The pool is heated year round to 87 degrees. Within minutes of restaurants and shopping.
Beaches are within a short driving distance with many options to choose from.
