****About our Cabins****

You are reserving a luxury vacation cabin with Pristine Vacation Rentals, the top vacation rental company in the area with 100% customer satisfaction and five star reviews across the board from VRBO, Flipkey etc…A few days prior to your arrival you will receive the cabins address, check-in/check-out instructions, door entry codes, wifi codes, house and property information as well as local suggestions of things to experience. If you reserved the property directly from our website you will receive this information in an email. If reserved the property through a third party platform such as VRBO, Flip Key, etc... They will provide you with this information. When reserved through VRBO the information will be sent to you the message thread where you booked the property and received your reservation confirmation message as well. Please respect the neighbors and clean up after yourselves.

GUESTS ARE EMAILED CODE TO ACCESS, DRIVING DIRECTIONS AND INFORMATION REGARDING THE PROPERTY. PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, NO OFFICE VISIT TO PICK UP KEYS!

The following essentials will be provided for you to START your stay. We do not provide essential for your entire stay. This is just to start you off:

*1 roll of Paper Towels
*1 roll of Toilet Paper
*5 Trash Bags
*3 Dish Pods
*Coffee Maker
*1 Hand Soaps
*1 Dish Soap
*1 New Sponge
*1 Small Laundry Detergent
*1 Full Propane tank for gas grills

Also feel free to use any of the spices, sugar, creamers etc… that are generally stocked in the fully equipped kitchen.

This is a SMOKE FREE environment! Please don't smoke in the cabin. If you choose to smoke outside please dispose of your cigarette butts.

PHONE SERVICE: Cell phone reception is generally good, but it can be spotty at times. We are in the mountains.

CHILDREN: This house is not child-proofed for young children.

SUPPLIES: Groceries and supplies are available within 5 to 10 miles, but we suggest guests bring what they may need for immediate use so they can stay and relax on the property for their first meals, if so desired.

FIRE TABLE: Guests are welcome to use the outdoor gas fire table year-round. We provide one full tank of propane for your stay.

NO SMOKING POLICY due to guest and owner allergies. You will be charged an extra cleaning fee of $200 if you smoke inside the cabin. If you smoke outside please dispose of your cigarette butts properly.

GARBAGE: Guest are allowed to leave two (13 gallon trash bags) for free upon their departure. Any other trash must be disposed of at the local convenience center. If you choose not to take your garbage and leave more than two bags then there is a required trash fee of $25-$35 that is to be collected depending on the number of bags you leave at the property.

**Please do not leave any loose un-bagged trash in any of the indoor or outdoor garbage cans. THE GARBAGE CAN IN THE CARPORT IS ONLY FOR THE OWNERS.

Fire Place Gas logs are unavailable in the summer months between May 31st - October 1st. However, if you booking specifically because of the fireplace please let us know and we will try and make special arrangements.

Please place all towels in shower-tub area and place sheets at the end of the beds or all can be place in the laundry area. Do not remove the mattress covers. Place bedspreads at the end of the bed.
In the Summer months please put A/C at 76 degrees and in the Winter months please turn heat up to 60 degrees Take trash to the convenience center listed.
Please be sure all windows and doors are shut and locked. Remember to lock the doors upon departure. Please be sure all appliances are turned off. Place any keys back you were given access to.
