Fully renovated 1890 farmhouse, 4 bed, 3 full bath, washer/dryer, sleeps eight. 8-minute walk to downtown Burnsville. Pet friendly- HUGE fenced yard + fire pit. Stocked kitchen with coffee bar, spices, and cooking supplies. Three stocked bathrooms-towels, toilet paper, shampoo, two large soaking tubs, and two walk in showers. All rooms come with comfy bedding and a tv with roku. 35 min to Asheville + Mt. Mitchell! My husband and I have worked really hard to make our home a relaxing oasis! Enjoy!

Very stylish and beautifully designed house! We loved the décor and how comfortable everything was. It was the perfect place for our family vacation, and we all had a wonderful time. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Loved our stay. The house is huge and there is lots of room for our whole family. It's an old house with tons of character. Very clean and it had everything we needed.

We had a great family trip to Burnsville and this place was the perfect spot. We all had plenty of room, the yard was amazing, and it is close to the square. Several other listings mentioned the great playground. It is so wonderful and so close! There is also a really great library right next to the house and has a lot of activities for kids. Courtney was quick to respond with questions. So glad we found this place in quaint little Burnsville!

We did not receive check-in instructions until after 4:00 and only after I contacted VRBO. The rest of our communications with the host were responded to quickly. We really enjoyed our stay! We do actually plan to come back!

Wonderful property! We had 6 adults and 2 children and it was perfect for 2 nights. Love the old creaky floors mixed with the modern, fashionable amenities like the soaking tubs. Would definitely stay again.

The house had everything we needed for our family visit. The location near the playground and the library was ideal, as our 2 young granddaughters used them both on several occasions. The fenced-in backyard was also wonderful for young children. We saw deer out there a couple of times!With a few tweeks, this place would be even better. One suggestion is to remove some of the decorative objects. They got in the way, leaving very little room for our toiletries, hair tools, etcetera. They gather dust (especially the fake floral arrangements) and with young children along, we had to be very careful for fear they might break things. Also the furniture cushions on the larger porch were badly torn and should be replaced.- That said, we were quite comfortable and enjoyed our stay here. We would definitely consider reserving again.

Great space location was very convent to several small shops and great restaurants. Very large back yard was great for our dogs as well. Bed in master bedroom wasn’t the best I’ve ever slept in but was good. Only other thing that could help would be some kind of pantry space to store groceries if you’re staying for an extended time. The host were great and we would stay there again without hesitation.

Lovely old house with plenty of room. Could have been cleaner, especially the porches. The downstairs bedroom bed was very comfortable! Burnsville is a pretty little town.

Ou family enjoyed this farmhouse. It provided the relaxing place we needed. We also had our dog with us and he loved the huge back yard.

Great Stay at a Beautiful Farmhouse

We loved our stay! It was beautiful, exactly like the photos! The only issues we encountered was that the place was a little dusty in areas, but as expected for an 1890’s farmhouse. We had a very enjoyable stay and would return!

Time with Family in Burnsville

Spending time with children and grandchildren is precious, and the warm & expansive spaces in this rental gave an air of old world hospitality to the time together. Our favorite gathering place was the porch off of the kitchen; large and well appointed with plenty of seating to catch the breeze. We will definitely come again!

We stayed at this lovely farmhouse while we were volunteering in Burnsville. It was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. It was a short walk to the town center and conveniently located near grocery store. We would definitely stay here again. Great backyard area!

Fantastic

The place was beautiful and clean. We loved the kitchen and the huge bath tub. We brought our dogs with us and they had a great time running around in the huge fenced in yard! We would love to come back!

Nice Home to Stay in Burnsville

This was a very nice home to spend Christmas. Access from the main road is good and it is easy to get to. The house is a nice size and has a nice large dining room to have family meals together. It is a very cozy warm home with a nice large fenced in yard. One of the neighbors told us it was once the mayors home. I would stay here again.

The HUGE fenced yard was beautiful and peaceful and perfect for our pups to have the best time. The house is gorgeous and decorated with a great eye for art and design with tons of fun details. We appreciated the pre-filled fire pit and well-stocked kitchen. The location is close omto downtown restaurants/shops and there is a FABULOUS playground right down the street. This rental will stay high on my list for future visits to Burnsville. LOTS of charm, and a few quirks, as with any historical building.

Quiet and peaceful retreat

The location to downtown is terrific and within walking distance. Friendly neighborhood and quiet. This home is close to everything needed for your stay, groceries, shopping, restaurants etc. The bed was comfy and I’m really picky when it comes to a mattress. We slept in the room with the king mattress. I would stay here again
