Walk to the village and bike to the ocean 4-bedroom in East Hampton
Please do not request a reservation without first making contact with Owner . There is a minimum night stage required.

The ocean beach is within a nine minute bike ride from the house! You can drop your family at the beach, come back to the house, and have one person bike back down. No worries about no parking.

You can travel by train or take your automobile and keep it parked for the week if you would like. Our central location allows for easy access for all that you would want to do in the Hamptons.
This property is offered as a family friendly rental that will not consider share house inquiries. Custom Salt water heated pool was designed with small children in mind with an extra shallow area to help facilitate those young swimmers. Pool also has a 60 ft lap lane. Built in bar/media room allows the adults to relax with a view to the kids in the pool.
Potential renters must make direct contact with owner before booking. We will not rent without prior communication. Garage and basement not included in RENTAL.

Plus used utilities when staying longer than 14 days.
