5 time tides renters‼

By far the easiest check-in experience. Once you know the process, this unit was ready to go, was able to shop,unpack,eat, walk the beach,enjoy a cocktail and didn't arrive until 430pm‼ The beach was once again easy to get to,clean,friendly Love this location 🩱

Upon arrival I looked at many negative reviews on google. I was concerned because i didnt look at the google reciews before booking. After we fot here i soon figured out those bad google reciews were incorrect. The property is just as advertised and we had a great time.

As Pictured and Described

The apartment itself was as pictured and described. View from the balcony was nice! The beds, pillows, and furniture were VERY uncomfortable. Overall the condo was clean when we got there, if cleaning supplies are needed during stay you will need to grab your own as you are left with the bare minimum. There is nothing really walking distance, you may need to drive or Uber around to restaurants and attractions. Two TVs are available but no games or anything to entertain yourself if weather is not great during the stay. You do have access to the beach from the complex, they do leave you with a beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella. Check in was a pain, the line was long but could have just been the increase in visitors during the time we were there. Four of us stayed and came in at staggering times, each person needs a bracelet and they will not give them to you unless the person is present. If you are parking a car be prepared to pay $100 at the valet then another $20 cash deposit for the parking tag that will need to be returned before you leave to get the cash deposit back. Sandra provided us with check in information through text a few hours before arrival with written and video instructions. Check out was easy and also nicely communicated.

Family vacation

Very beautiful property beds were on the firmer side so a little uncomfortable, but everything I needed for my infants was there example: bassinet and high chairs. Check in process was a little tideous with parking and going to the other location for the key fob, but everything else was extremely smooth.

Condo grand très bien situé avec vue sur la plage et tranquillité assuré. Nous avons toutefois trouvé que les planchers étaient sales, que les lits étaient durs et que la petite salle de bain gagnerait à être rénové. Mais sinon dans l’ensemble c’est parfait!

Great vacation

We had a great trip. The condo was as described. Nice ocean view from the balcony. The condo is right on a beautiful beach. The unit included beach towels, chairs, and cooler. Nice pool. 7-Eleven within five minute walking distance. Walmart and other stores about a 15 to 20 minute walking distance. Short Uber to the broad walk. Great pressure in the shower and nice and hot! My only issue was that the toilet did not seem to work too well. We would stay again.

Great get away

The apartment and host were awesome! The hotel check in process was like being at the DMV and the pool was closed for a day. Neither of these things had anything to do with the actual place we stayed in or the owner. All of that went smooth and was very pleasant! Would rent from her anytime!

Overall stay was very nice. Very clean. Great communication. Easy check in. My only complaint isn’t with this property, it is with The Tides management. They ran out of parking passes and we paid $100 for a piece of paper that we had to go through to the valet every time we left to let us in the gates. It was frustrating paying for a piece of paper that didn’t let us come and go as we please.

Good location front beach

The place is front beach, but the bed and pillow are so old, the pillow are so thin that we have to buy pillow after we saw it, bath is too old too tight, the pool is old too. The building is separated and both have age already, But we love the Kitchen is nice, and balcony is nice too. But be careful when in balcony the upper unit pour us dirty water when they clean the balcony so rude and no manners. Were soak and wet We went downstair to complaint and Nothing. Its crazy people. Over all we have a good time and enjoy the beach. Thank you.

Not again

Communication with the manager was not at all good. We were not met, just got a video after asking for info. A chair collapsed under each of us and was not replaced even after assurance it would be. Furniture and beds were uncomfortable. 2 elevators were broken for days. Hot water was not available for 2 days. Management did not control mask wearing although it was signed as required.

Beautiful & Relaxing

Even though it was rainy sometimes while we visited, we had a great time. The condo is clean, the balcony is awesome and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool has lots of room & chairs, and you’re steps away from the ocean. The only thing I didn’t expect was the parking fee & resort fee paid at the building next door. Very safe building and secure parking, though. We would definitely return.

Family Vacation

Excellent stay!!! Great communication between us and Ms. Sandra, she was waiting for us when we got to the building and helped us to check in at the condo's office. The a apartment has everything you may need from kitchen's utensils to towels and sheets. Gorgeous Ocean view!!! The building has a great pool and it is literally feet on the ocean. We liked so much that we are planning our next stay in February.

Beautifully maintained condo with excellent view.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was exactly as promised and the guest services representative was always easily accessible via text/phone. The layout and amenities worked perfectly for our family (2 adults and 3 kids). Sleeper sofa in the living room was very comfortable. Kitchen had all necessary amenities. Pool was well-maintained and chairs were always available. Beach services were also available and convenient. The in-house cafe as well as the few restaurants located across the street make this location particularly convenient if traveling with kids or without a car. Staff was friendly and helpful, except for a negative experience with the parking valet both at the beginning and end of our trip (same valet). Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a conveniently located, well-equipped and maintained condo with an excellent view.

Couldn't be happier.

Originally booked Margaritaville, and then found this. Why pay 300/night for Margaritaville when you can stay here for half of that? Beautiful pool, private beach and ROOM TO.MOVE AROUND in your condo. Full kitchen, dining table, couch and 2 TV'S. EVERYTHING we could have asked for. 5 stars

Hollywood Broadwalk

Nice Property, but going in and out through the service entrance past the garbage cans, and through the freight elevator is pretty tacky, Bedrooms are as spartan as anything you would find in a run down college dorm, Finally, I am still waiting for the $20 refund for the parking pass the owner/property manager insisted IN WRITING I would receive but 4 months later, still not a word from them. It is a good location, we will return but to a different building.

Overall great experience!

We had a great time & great experience at this priority! My 2 year old had a blast! Private pool & beach access! Property manager made things so easy for us & kept great communication! The only thing I can complain about are the Front desk and valet employees. Some of them were really rude! Other than that we would definitely recommend this place to any family!!
