his place reminded me of visiting my grandma’s house as a kid, mothball smell included (maybe it was mold). The photos look better than the actual unit. The drive up is great, but once you’re inside the building, its age is obvious. To access anything, you need a 20 fob (1 for every two people), which you have to pick up at the front desk in the next building. Parking is another 40 per day per car. Neither cost was disclosed in advance. The front desk in the next building has two staff behind glass handling all the admin, so it feels more like a bank than a vacation rental. The rules start with the owner’s first text and keep coming throughout the stay. Between the hidden charges, the constant rules, and the price, this place isn’t worth what they charge. It was nice to have my family together, but the hassle of getting set up really overshadowed the trip.

We are very sorry this guest had a bad experience, however, the owner has taken great care of the property and has furnished it to make it comfortable for families looking for a beach vacation. The photos are the exact interior of the apartment and exterior of the property. his statements about "hidden charges" are not true. It is our policy to disclose all third party fees clearly on our ads and in our contract. Our ad in Vrbo clearly states all third party fees. They are normal for this type of resort property and reasonable. Additionally, the guest signed a contract with us and initialed right next to the disclosure of third party fees that he read them.

Great location. Beach access and pool area were great! Room was spacious and clean. Some updates needed, but overall a nice place to stay. Ubers were very responsive and a new Publix grocery store within walking distance. Beach chairs and other items for pool and beach were much appreciated. Thanks for the stay.

Great beach and pool!

The property was clean and right at the beach. There are restaurants near by within walking distance. There is also a Walmart within walking distance. We bought groceries there for our breakfasts and lunches. There is a full kitchen... We had a great stay!
