Perfect for a family of 6

Family of 6, all over age of 18 enjoyed this location and unit. Well staffed, always saw security walking around, nice pool and beach access. Plenty of space in unit with nicely equipped kitchen. Communication was great. Will stay here again!

Excellent unit

Unit was roomy and clean. We stayed with 2 adults and 2 teenagers and had plenty of space. Property managers are very accessible. Great area. Loved our stay!

Great accommodations, location

The rental unit was very accommodating for our group of 4 people. The owner made sure we had everything needed for relaxing at the beach, restful sleep, and fully stocked kitchen. The location cannot be beat for staying in Hollywood area. Aside from traffic, you are within 0.5 miles of stores and shopping, even a casino/racetrack.

Beautiful Apartment

We had a great stay! The apartment was spacious, clean and well maintained. The Tides is a great location, with access to a beautiful beach. We also appreciated that the beach umbrella and chairs rental was included. Thanks!

Clean property with a great environment

This condo was fantastic! Perfect for a group of 4 adults ! Sandra and Ana were great and so helpful! We will definitely be returning. I recommend this property to anyone and everyone.

Good experience

Good location, direct beach access through the pool which is very convenient with kids. That is the main reason we choose Tides. Kitchen has all necessary equipment to enjoy a short term vacation.

North Miami Pitstop

Building was nice , weather was terrible. We didn't get to go to pool and beach but it all looked very nice. Close to shopping. Easy check in and parking.

The property was as described (no surprises). Both the owner and property manager (Sandra) were GREAT hosts!!! Prompt response to all questions. Looking forward to booking same property again.

Enjoyable stay at the beach

Condo is exactly as seen in pics. Everything was clean. Beach is perfect and the free umbrella and beach chairs are a great feature. Pools are very nice, just wish they stayed open a little later. Overall it was a great trip and Ana helped make the check-in process a breeze. Would definitely stay here again

Great Place, Great Location

This was my first time renting a VRBO and it was a great first experience! The condo looked exactly like the photos. We had 4 adults in our group and the 2 bedroom condo was perfect with 2 beds in each room, so we all had our own beds. The place was very clean and the balcony was a nice touch. The location was great, right on the beach and it even includes 2 beach chairs and an umbrella with our stay. I would definitely stay there again!

Very good!

Very good location. Pool was good and access to beach. Condo was clean and spacious. Bldg was nice. The fee for the key fobs was unusual and high but that is not owners doing. Service was good. Would definately rent again.

Clean but dated

Had to have a bracelet and check in with office before checkin, kind of pain. Had family give us a ride from key west, asked if they could stay night,as capacity was 6 and that would be eight for one night, so they would not have to drive back, denied. But that is the rules. Coffee pot did not work first morning, but replaced same day. Would not stay again
