The condo was very nice, spacious, clean and perfectly located. The family and I thoroughly enjoyed the property and the very relaxing vibe that it had. Our host, Cherie, was absolutely amazing and very helpful.

Lovely condo with ocean views in Ko Olina. Loved the 3 BR/3 full baths, was perfect for our party of 5. Large well-equipped kitchen and dining area, nicely-sized living room and balcony. Property was very nice, with multiple pools, workout area, beach access, and a beach bar. Having other resorts on either side and a paved beach walkway connecting everything was handy for exploring, grabbing breakfast/dinner, and catching different sunset views. We loved that our lagoon was the least hectic of all, the most relaxing spot in Ko Olina! Additional restaurants and shopping within a 10-minute walk. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Beach Villas!

Wonderful condo. Perfect location! The lagoon was great for my 2 year old granddaughter- no big waves. Will definitely come back.

The beach villas are wonderful. Spacious, well designed, very clean, and just gorgeous! We had a three bedroom, three bath unit, Very well equipped with everything you'll need including beach toys, beach wagon, boogie boards, and beach towels. The kitchen had it all! The view is amazing and the lap pool is quiet, and so perfect. We also loved the lagoon pool and the beach was just a very short 2 minute walk on a beautifully landscaped path, with multiple koi fish to watch as you stroll. The lagoon beach is pristine. We felt like we were in heaven. Enjoyed our stay immensely! Cherie is a wonderful host, She communicates clearly, meets you for check in and answered all our questions. We would definitely like to return. This is a wonderful place for adults and families with children.

Cherie was an excellent host and truly made a difference in how we felt during our trip. Knowing we were cared about made our stay even more enjoyable. Communication was excellent, and she was always quick to help whenever we reached out. The unit was spotless and very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with seasonings and pans, which made cooking meals incredibly convenient. We absolutely loved how close and easy the walk was to the beach. The property was beautiful, and the included beach items were such a nice bonus and made our beach days even better. Overall, it was an incredibly relaxing stay, and we would happily stay here again.

Cherie (our host) communicated extremely well. The property was accurately marketed. The Property is located in the beautiful area of K'Olina with nice views of the ocean. We have been to K'Olina several times and this resort has fantastic amenities. The swimming pools are well maintained and the outdoor grills are maintained to look brand new daily. The outdoor bar makes great cocktails and the evening music is a plus at sunset. The lagoon & beach area are very nice. This property is conveniently located to where you can walk to several different restaurants and shopsWe will back soon and this is the unit that we will want to stay in when we come back!,Carl

Family Vacation Great place for family. Enough room to be together & space to spread out. We appreciated the beach & lagoon steps away from our villa. Save luggage space, beach toys, boogie boards, floaties, chairs and other beach items were provided. Core family memories were made Summer 2026.

Our stay at this Ko'Olina rental was absolutely wonderful! The room had a stunning beach view, and we loved watching the sunrises and sunsets right from our balcony while sipping coffee each morning — such a peaceful way to start the day.The space itself was spotless and well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The hosts were fantastic from start to finish: they sent thorough pre-arrival and checkout information, and were quick to respond anytime we had a question. They went above and beyond too — accommodating a late checkout for us and even mailing back a pair of AirPods we accidentally left behind!The location couldn't be beat, with the pool and lagoon just a short walk away. Between the view, the hospitality, and the unbeatable location, this stay exceeded our expectations. We can't wait to come back!

This condo at The Beach Villas is a wonderful location. Ocean views abound! The unit was very clean, and exactly as presented in the photos. The host was extremely easy to work with, and answered any questions we had very quickly. We highly recommend this unit!
