The oversized open concept gourmet kitchen/dining designed by Roy Yamaguchi(Roy's restaurant owner) is fully equipped and ready for cooking just like your home. Enjoy 2 resort swimming pools, 3 jacuzzies, 4 BBQ grills and a fully loaded fitness center with sauna/steam room. Love KoOlina beach villas. This unit was so convenient and having 2 parking spaces is awesome!! Lots of space for families and very relaxing! Staff at the resort are always so helpful and friendly. Owner got back to me when we had an issue and it was handled very fast. Lots of beach stuff for everyone. We truly enjoyed ourselves, looking forward to returning soon:)

The location was good and easy to get to from the garage. The only complains were the furniture in the living room and dining room was not very comfortable. The twin beds squeaked, and the air handler in the master bedroom was loud. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant experience!

The condo was beautiful and perfect! The balcony does overlook the circle driveway where guests check in and out, but I feel like the pictures reflect that. We really appreciated the beach supplies!

Excellent, clean, well appointed accommodation with great pools and beach access. Unit included many kid’s sand toys, beach chairs, boogie boards, and more. We highly recommend this Condo!!

Our group of six adults and one child had a wonderful week long stay at this condo. We found everything to be clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, there were plenty of beach equipments to borrow, and there were no issues with the unit. The nearby lagoon beach is the quietest one on the strip, and my kiddo enjoyed being able to do the character breakfast at Aulani next door. I particularly appreciate the host for his thoughtful and easy communication. I would recommend this to anyone considering a stay here!

Our Vrbo we stayed in was very clean..very big and spacious especially with our little ones! We were very close to everything we need! And the view was amazing! The best thing was we didn’t need anything as far water equipment like chairs floats extra towels were there waiting on us!! Thank you so much!!

It’s our favourite vacation spot

Relaxing and fun!

Very comfortable stay for our group of six adults and a 17-month old! The location was great - nice beach lagoon for the toddler, and the kid pool was also perfect. We definitely would stay there again next time we go to Oahu!

Amazing Family Getaway

We had seven lovely days in this condo with our kids and in-laws. The lagoon access was wonderful and the snorkeling was great.The kitchen was very functional and allow us to cook some great meals together. The host was incredibly responsive to our request and we would stay here again.

Nice condo with great amenities

We had an amazing stay here. The condo had everything we needed and was clean! We had enough space for everyone in our group and the resort pool was so fun for the kids. The owner is super responsive to messages!

Great Place To Stay

Our group enjoyed our stay at the Beach Villas. Beautiful property, great communication with the host & fantastic location. While there isn’t a fantastic ocean view, my dad loved watching planes fly over the resort.

A beautiful place!

Ko Olina was a wonderful place to spend a few days and our villa was very nice….working well for our group. Staff were friendly and resort grounds nicely maintained.

Ko Olina resort is different and stands out by quality of it. Feels like you are in neighbor island somewhere. This is the high-end beach resort location in gated community with high class security system which separates from others on Oahu. Beach Villas provides true luxury stay for a perfect family Hawaii vacation. Amenities and services are awesome to make your stay comfortable from day one to the end.

This unit is one of the largest 3 bedroom 3 bathroom layout which is spacious enough for 3 couples. The price is very affordable because it is on the 2nd floor overlooking a beautiful resort entrance area with distance ocean/beach view from large lanai. Great access to the pool, beach, bar, gym, etc.....
The beddings are
Master-King, guestroom1-King and guestroom2-two twins(or combined King)
We as an owner are very flexible tying to accommodate all kinds of request. You don't have to negotiate with middle-man like a management company.
We always welcome our guests just like our friends.
