Best Intracoastal Waterway Condo with Two Master Suites!
Enjoy a quiet, peaceful stay in a beautiful, updated condo directly overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway! Watch boats cruise the waterway from the condo balcony, which spreads across the living room and both bedrooms, or from the pool deck! Enjoy evening walks in the neighborhood, Harbourtown, where there is minimal traffic, just off Highway 17. Close proximity to Myrtle Beach Airport, Coastal Carolina University, The Market Common, Broadway At The Beach, and the Atlantic Ocean, but away from the hustle and bustle! Located in Captain’s Harbour, a 50-unit complex that is safe and secure, with elevators and on-site parking.
Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom is set up similarly, with balcony access from both bedrooms. Smart televisions in each bedroom. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a tub / shower unit. Comfy king-sized beds are in each bedroom. Linens and towels are included, as well as blow dryers, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
A kitchen stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and small appliances, and a dining table for 4 is convenient. There are a full-size refrigerator, microwave, and electric range, as well as a Keurig coffee maker, and other small appliances. The unit has a large capacity washer and dryer.
Beach towels and beach chairs are provided for guest use, as well as a few bag coolers! Enjoy the beach that is just a short drive away! Or lounge by the pool that is nestled on the waterway! The pool is open seasonally and there is no lifeguard on site. Also, enjoy tennis or pickleball on the recently resurfaced court that is rarely used. It is available on a first come / first serve basis, as is the day dock on the waterway. The dock is convenient for boat watching or quick tie-ups but beware of the wake created by passing boats in the no-wake zone.
On site parking for two vehicles per unit is conveniently accessible. Handicap parking is limited. Trailer parking is not available. The building has two elevators.
***Note that this condo is not on Ocean Boulevard, but is in a safe, quiet neighborhood. If you are seeking a place to party, this is not it!

This property is exceptional. Arrival and check in was easy, extra touches from hosts are welcoming and much appreciated. Condo is clean and tidy with extra decorating touches that enhance the attractiveness of the unit. Hosts are very responsive and helpful, making our stay most comfortable. We highly recommend this condo.

Unit was magnificent!! Decor very pleasing to the eye. Clean place. Host thought of so many things...games/cards/puzzles. Balcony on the Sound was sooooo relaxing!!! Communication w/ Host was easy & response time was quick/timely!! Would 110% return to this unit!!!

Wonderful place! Super clean, well-maintained, views of the inter coastal waterway from every room! We loved staying here and watching all of the boats go by from the balcony and the pool. Close to market common, broadway and lots of stores but feels so quiet in the neighborhood…would stay here again anytime!

The condo is right on a beautiful water way, with a large balcony that allows you to enjoy the water and views. The host stocks the house with everything you could need! Extra toothbrush, some toiletries, games, snacks, stocked kitchen, extra blankets and pillows, etc. Highly recommend :)

Paula & Charles, your hosts, live locally in the beach area. They have enjoyed hosting for over 5 years. Sharing their condo with others when they can’t use it is a great way to earn extra income. They enjoy boating together, especially in the ICW, and enjoy spending time with their families.
Paula retired from the State of South Carolina and now works part-time for a law firm. Charles is a funeral director and owns his own business. They enjoy serving people!

Captain’s Harbour is a safe, quiet neighborhood. It is a wonderful place to relax! It is located directly along the Intracoastal Waterway, and is conveniently located near the airport, Market Common, Broadway at the Beach, and Coastal Carolina University!

Our condo was recently updated. We love it because it is in a nice, quiet neighborhood, but close to nearby attractions. It is easy to get to from the airport and local bypass. The condo complex is clean and well-kept! The neighbors are great!
