House was awesome and was perfect for our large family. We really liked the layout and the large kitchen/dining area worked very well for our large group. We used the pool and were thankful it was so close. Proximity to Branson and activities was perfect. Would highly recommend this property and the host to others.

Our party of 30 had a great stay, in a great location, in a fantastic property. 5 stars! We particularly loved the pac-man table and game room, the hot tub was a hit, and spacious bedrooms were excellent.

We stayed here for a family reunion, with 28 people and we all fit comfortably. Location is close to both pools which was a big hit because we had 9 kids that loved swimming. You are not very far from all of the attractions that Branson offers. It has plenty of parking and the ground is flat, so you don't have to walk up a slope to get into the house, and that was great because we did have some older people in our group.

My big family and I enjoyed this rental so much! The house was clean when we arrived and the beds were actually very comfortable. The lower deck game room was a great addition for the kids. They were never bored when we would get back in the evenings. The host was very easy to talk to and fast at responding. I highly recommend this stay especially for a big crowd with kids!

We had a wonderful stay for our cousins trip! The house was exactly what we needed, plenty of space for everyone to spread out, relax, and still come together as a family. The listing was very accurate, and the home was comfortable, spacious, and perfect for a large group. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, different gathering areas and having enough bedrooms and bathrooms so no one felt crowded. It really helped make our weekend enjoyable and stress-free.My only suggestion would be to add a TV to the back patio. The outdoor space is so nice, and having a TV out there would make it even better for enjoying those beautiful Branson evenings while relaxing together.Overall, we had a great experience and made some wonderful family memories here. We would absolutely recommend this home for a family reunion, cousins trip, or any large group getaway. And honestly, we would love for this space to be “our place” every year! That says a lot about how much we enjoyed it.5 stars from us!

Facility was very clean and spacious. We had a party of 17 with 4 families ranging in age from 4 to 73. Younger kids & teenagers enjoyed the hot tub & indoor pool. Having more than enough bedrooms was great. Would definitely consider reserving again.

The house is very nice and lots of space. One of the things we really liked was the fact that there was a bathroom for every bedroom, no one had to share. The pool is located right across the street, although you do have to walk up about 45 steps to get there or drive over. The back deck is great for cooking and sitting around visiting. Our grandkids loved the basement with all the games and entertainment. Kitchen was well stocked and had a double oven and two dishwashers. Located conveniently to restaurants, marinas, grocery stores and fun things to do. If we are back in the Branson area we would definitely like to stay there again. Adam, the host, was very helpful and answered all my questions prior to the trip and while we were there.

You will need to buy additional paper goods if your stay is more than a couple of days. You will need to bring pool/beach towels as they are not supplied.
