Great place for a family vacation

The Reunion Lodge was a great place for our group of 15 people. It was located close to the main places and we even walked to the putt putt golf course. I would book this place again.

The property was dirty, the TV's did not work need batteries, the internet was out totally! The kitchen was poorly supplied and the ice maker had a hug hole in the bottom of the container, ice spilled out constantly. Asked for repair did not happen. The adult beds were not comfortable and did not have blankets/towels. The bathrooms had not trash cans and had issues flushing. The outdoor pool was not as described in picture the indoor pool was dark, had no lighting and mold on the floor. Very disappointing to say the least. Hot tub was dirty no one went in! This was not worth the money!!

Location was amazing! Perfect for a weekend in Branson. We loved all the fun amenities at this property and great location for additional Branson fun. Beds were super comfortable. Great deck for hanging outside. The place can use some easy maintenance to help it fit its potential. We had a blown circuit with the hot tub and they did quickly come and fix it so we could enjoy it prior to departure. Would definitely recommend.

We absolutely LOVED the fact that each family had their own bedroom and bathroom. Communication was fantastic. Literally the only thing that needed attention was the the lack of adequate cooking supplies. There needed ti be more variety of pots/pans and there weren’t any serving utensils. Since we were there over Christmas we did a good amount of cooking so it was very noticeable for us.

Great location!

We love our stay with more than enough room for our big crew! 5 familes and grandma and grandpa fit comfortably in this home. The rooms were comfy, the hot tub perfect, and the communication was wonderful. The floors was a little dirty and everything was a bit well loved, but really it was a good rental for us! We'll probably be back.

Thank you for your kind review! We’re so glad to hear that your big crew had plenty of space and that everyone, including grandma and grandpa, felt comfortable. It’s great that the hot tub was a hit and that communication was smooth throughout your stay. We apologize for the floors and for the ‘well-loved’ feel, and we’ll make sure to address those areas. We’re happy that overall it was a good fit for your group, and we’d love to welcome you back in the future!

House was beautiful, great location, the only thing was the grill was broken when I called they didn’t know when they could get someone out to fix it so that was an inconvenience. The pool was also down. Other than that great property!

Great location, plenty of space.

This house met all of our expectations. Very clean and very well laid out. Our group only had 12 people, but this place can accommodate at least double that amount comfortably. The only thing that I would say you would need to consider adding more kitchen cooking vessels and utensils. Other than that I would definitely say this is a very well equipped house for large gatherings.

Celebrate 50th wedding anniversary

We enjoyed the stay, the beds are comfortable including sheets and blankets. One problem was a shower spray on the shower curtain and we had to lower it, next one bed had a bolt missing and the cross member’s came out. I am sure they can fix it.

upon arrival, several things gave us the opinion that Lodge #3 had not been cleaned very well. All beds had white sheets, but you could see little black specs on top sheet for 2 of the beds on main floor. Dead bug up near one of the pillows (main floor bedroom). (small.. but still dead). cracker crumbs or something on the blue seat bench at the footboard of bedroom on main floor. Small pile of hair clumped together near nightstand in bedroom on top floor. Baseboard dirt and hair in bathroom with shower only on main floor. Ice maker on both Refrigerators did not work. Several outlets in kitchen and bottom floor not working. Garbage disposal not working. Dead roach on floor just inside one of the closets in bedroom on third floor. Had to call maintenance out 3 or 4 times during our 5 day stay. Some of the white towels and top covers had small "stains" & one towel had a long rust stain across it. I'm sure it was clean; but a huge rust stain does not give you comfort that the towel is clean.Several maintenance & upkeep items that would make the next stay nicer... Bedroom door on 3rd floor does not close. Flooring on main floor needs some repairs for tears in the flooring..... Freezer on left drips water out onto the floor randomly ... washer machine on main floor sounds like it is about to die. Pickle ball court could use a regulation size permanent net & the court flooring needs to be touched up.

Disgustingly filthy

We stayed in this lodge last year and it was unbelievable. Everything was perfect. Wow has this place gone downhill. Within two hours of arriving, we noticed that the place had not been cleaned any of us that had socks or bare feet had disgustingly dirty feet. We found a used washcloth in one of the bathrooms. The hot tub was not filled to the appropriate water level, and despite repeated request was never filled properly. We found bugs in one of the bedrooms, as well as a very crappy mattress. The rooms that had showers. The shower curtains were disgusting. It’s a shame because the place is nice, but due to lack of upkeep it’s a dump.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I’m incredibly sorry to hear about the state of the lodge during your stay, especially after having such a positive experience last year. It’s unacceptable that you encountered issues with cleanliness, from the dirty floors to the used washcloth, and I sincerely apologize for this oversight. The problems with the hot tub, bugs, and shower curtains are equally concerning. We’ve clearly fallen short in maintaining the standards you rightfully expected, and I completely understand your frustration. Please know your feedback is being taken very seriously, and we’re making this a priority to ensure no guest has this experience in the future. Thank you for your honesty, and I truly apologize for the disappointment we caused.

Ladies Getaway

This Reunion Lodge was perfect for our ladies getaway. It was very clean and had a lot of bedrooms and sleeping options. I chose this property because of the level entry into the property, ideal for elderly guests . I also loved that 3 bedrooms were on the main floor- also ideal for elderly or disabled. It was roomy & had lots of seating. A regular coffee pot & Keurig was nice. 2 refrigerators & 2 dishwashers were great. My only complaint was there was only 1 kitchen towel!! no salt & pepper- I bought some & left there, and zero steak knives, but plenty of cutlery which was great. The two paring knives to slice lemons & onions were so, so dull & need sharpening. We ended up buying sharp knives but took those with us. Some bedrooms need nightstands & luggage racks. Others were equipped perfectly. The left refrigerator ice maker kept dropping ice on floor & ice often got stuck. 2 bathrooms vents didn’t work either, turned on, but still fogged up mirrors, etc. This was first time staying so close to the strip as I often stay on Tablerock Lake in large homes - This is definitely large and a favorite of mine. I prefer a lake view, but I most definitely would choose this property again! So glad it was so clean and spacious & the deck was wonderful too and well furnished. Overlooked part of the golf course and a creek. Plenty of parking too.. Thank you!!
