Only a couple blocks from world famous Waikiki Beach, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is located right on Kuhio Ave. with easy access to the best that Waikiki has to offer - amazing restaurants, shopping, activities, nightlife and more!

This unit features a king size bed, full size bunk bed with twin trundle, sleeper sofa, full kitchen, and separate living area. Sleeps 7 guests and is located on the 11th floor. Elevators are available.

KITCHEN/DINING
Includes a cozy full kitchen with bar seating for 4, stove, oven, full size fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, dishes, cups, cutlery and basic cookware.

LIVING/SLEEPING AREA
Includes a sleeper sofa (sleeps 1-2), large flatscreen TV, rattan accent chair, ceiling fan, window AC, and access to one of the private lanais with outdoor seating for 2.

BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS
Main bedroom features a king size bed (sleeps 2), bedside tables & lamps, flatscreen TV, ceiling fan, window AC, 2 closets, and private/separate lanai with outdoor seating. Includes en-suite bathroom with double sink vanity and standing shower.

OUTDOOR AREAS
This home boasts two private lanais with outdoor seating for 4 total. One is off of the living room and the other is off of the main bedroom. Both with city view & peekaboo glimpse of the ocean.

The Kuhio at Waikiki building offers secured entry, a paid laundromat, elevators, and 2 paid parking lots at the building next door for visitors if needed.

One assigned parking stall in secured building garage is included.

This apartment is located in the center of Waikiki, on Kuhio Ave., where there is no shortage of shopping, restaurants, bars, and more! Only a short stroll to world famous Waikiki Beach, where you can take part in various beach activities. Building was more run down than expected but the condo itself is in great condition and exactly like the photos. Great location, great views from balcony, would highly recommend.

Check in was a bit confusing but the other guests were able to help me. It was nice to have parking in the building. The location is ideal, a short 2 blocks to the beach. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. The unit itself was very nice and exactly as described. My biggest concern was a security issue with the living room slider leading to the balcony. The lock was broken so that balcony was accessible to the neighboring apartment by climbing over the wall. I missed not having a microwave to reheat leftovers, but there is a toaster oven and gas stove. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable. I would stay here again but would suggest fixing the slider.

Communication with the host was excellent through the app for check-in and we had no problems at all. Parking is a little tight in the garage if you have a big SUV but we had no issues and proved very convenient. Building is run by property management company and any issues regarding plumbing / electrical etc is overseen by them through an 800 number. One window in the main bathroom was slightly open and could not be shut causing the bathroom itself to be very warm from the outside air. An extra key fob is essential for access to the building and use of the elevator unless everyone is together all the time. You can’t exit the building without a key fob as stairs are for emergency use only and an alarm will sound if you open the stair door to the street. Building and halls inside look a little run down but the place itself has been renovated and was excellent. Very clean and tidy with all amenities available. Overall a great location and place to stay in the center of Waikiki.

Solid place. Reasonably good parking spot (not too cramped). Unit was nice. Was missing a bit of kitchen stuff (e.g. kitchen towels, pan-safe spatula, etc). View of the ocean. Excellent location (beach walkable and several very close good quality food-trucks/trailers). Main negative was that a) one of the bathroom drains was clogged and b) one bedroom window was stuck open (noisy at night and couldn't keep in A/C) and the host did not resolve either despite contacting them. Would be 5 stars if they were addressed.
