Communication with host was fast and efficient. Nice historic neighborhood. The accommodations were simple and economic but comfortable and covered all our needs. I felt for the price, this was a good value stay. Everything felt clean and tidy.

Booked this home for fun birthday weekend for my daughter & friends. The location is convenient to the interstate which makes it easy to navigate around Charlotte. The inside of the home is just as pictured & clean. The house is located a quiet historic neighborhood we felt safe. There were no issues. Omer messaged me the morning of arrival to confirm our expected arrival time & let me know he is only 5 minutes away.

I booked this place 2 weeks ago and am now being charged for stained sheets that I didn’t stain. And two rugs that I also didn’t stain. The sheets looked used before we got there. There wasn’t any extra towels. And when I asked the owener about the charge they didn’t respond. Prior to leaving myself and friends made sure to leave the place in tip top shape. I’m so disappointed that this wasn’t a good experience.

Got checked into the house after driving 3 hours and realized there was no bath towels, hand towels, paper towels, nothing. Messaged the host, they were not very quick to respond. Host finally responded that the previous guest had burnt the towels and the “new delivery” had not arrived yet - this definitely is something I feel should have been told to us prior to check in as we could’ve made other arrangements. We needed showers and couldn’t do that. The host finally said he’d “quick deliver” towels but none ever came. We ended up leaving the property and going somewhere else. We ultimately decided to leave after seeing several giant roaches on top of the towel issue.

The photos of the property were very well done, and the interior overall matched what was shown online. However, there were no photos of the exterior, and when arriving it was a little confusing as the outside did not resemble the listing. The surrounding area also gave me an uneasy impression.Inside, there was a noticeable smoky/musty odor. While I understand guests should bring their own supplies, it would have been helpful if some basics like paper towels or napkins were provided. If these won’t be included, a clear list of what the property does and doesn’t provide would make it much easier for future guests to plan ahead.The bed had only a fitted sheet and comforter, with no extra sheets or blankets. The comforter had visible stains, which raised concerns about whether it had been freshly cleaned.Considering there is a cleaning fee, I was expecting a higher level of detail. The rugs, refrigerator, and stove all needed additional cleaning, and I didn’t feel comfortable storing or preparing food in the kitchen.The photos give the impression of a very luxurious stay, but in reality, some basics for comfort and cleanliness were missing. With improvements in cleaning, presentation, and a few added touches, this property could live up to its potential. As it stands, I wouldn’t feel comfortable rebooking.

The three of us: all women 70 and older went to the house Friday. The house was in a very poor looking neighborhood.The front yard looked not well kept and we could see the broken blinds from the outside.We went inside and found there were no top sheets on the beds. There was just comforters that I am sure were used by others. The houses next door were in bad shape also.We could not stay there so we went to a hotel.
