Rustic house with awesome desks and views of the Ohio river. Secluded, quiet but a bit of a drive to the locations we visited. We used the property for a family reunion (7 of us) and it was perfect for us.

Although the weather wasn't great during my stay, overall it was a good facility.As I'm not from America, the building's structure, interior furnishings, and outdoor spaces were all very fresh and made my stay very enjoyable.

The cabin was in a very remote location which was a beautiful location, but did take a little extra time to get places. The cabin was very large so everyone was able to have their own private space if they wanted it. The cabin was also very well stocked with everything we wanted including coffee and creamer, plenty of towels as well as other linens and the beds were nice and comfy. We felt the cleaning was not as good as it should be. Overall we had a nice experience!

Beautiful Spot!

Had a great one night stay, beautiful sunset view and enjoyed watching the barges go down the river. Perfect place for a family to stay for a weekend or week getaway for some R&R or family fun

Beautiful place to stay in quiet location. Not close to town so organize your food well. :-) Great wrap around porch the kids loved. View was nice, though the tall trees obstruct view of the river straight out from the deck which was disappointing. Still we could see barges come up and down the river at a distance. Enjoyed the spacious log cabin, even with the creaky floors. A lot of character. A lot of room to spread out for big families. Baby gate was provided but didn't work well with the round lodge poles. Updated bathrooms, though some a couple had slow drains. . The bumper pool and golf and corn hold games were fun. Overall, the place was great. It just needs some TLC: leaks (kitchen & basement) when it rains, and broken down rockers. Host was very kind and responsive to my questions prior and during the visit.

Great Cabin

The accommodations were just what we needed to spend time with family and friends. The cabin was well stocked and had a beautiful view and close proximity to a great state park.

Excellent Stay

House was perfect for our group of friends. Very spacious home that slept everyone comfortably. Plenty of amenities that anyone would need. Relaxing on porch looking over river during morning and the evening times was the cherry on top. Will stay again if in the area

Really nice and comfortable place to stay, plenty of space with five bedrooms, four full bathrooms and very clean. Our only issue was getting the door codes to work, none of us could get in using the provided door codes. Thankfully there was a lockbox with a key at the bedroom entrance. Would stay here again!

Cool cabin, beautiful views. Everything was as expected aside from the basement was redone (which was nicer than photos) but the pool table was no longer there. They had some shuffle board weird pool table. Like others we had an issue getting the door unlocked but the key box was easy to use. I wouldn’t let these small issues deter from your stay, overall great place, great host.

The house and the view was gorgeous. Our party was of 11 people and we all had plenty of space to sleep in it. However the top bedrooms where full is stink bugs and we couldn’t sleep in them because the stink bugs were all over all night.

Karia, My sincerest apologies regarding the stink bugs. We have regular exterminator treatments at the Cabin, so I was surprised to hear of this issue. I had the exterminator go to the cabin the day after you left. He said he has never seen anything like the swarming that was taking place, especially in November. He has taken several steps to assure this does not happen again.

Family Getaway

Great location! Went to Cincinnati Reds game, the zoo, swimming pool, The Ark/Creation Museum. Place was perfect for large family getaway, nice big table in dining room. Lots of bathrooms.
