Paradise on the Bayfront! Enjoy private ocean access to one of the Hamptons most beautiful beaches directly across the street! For the fall, we are only 20 minutes away from LI's wine country and North Fork farms. Enjoy your morning coffee inside your screened-in porch as the bay gently laps against the bulkhead 20 feet away. Just a mile from Westhampton Beach village and its restaurants, shops and theaters. End your day gazing at the most unforgettable sunsets. This home features three bedrooms (two with queen-size beds and one with bunk beds) and one full bath. The completely updated kitchen is great for cooking at home; or you can barbeque on the expanded deck out back. There is a outdoor shower to wash off the days salt and sand, and plenty of beach chairs, kayaks and paddle boards. Perfect for family vacations or a quiet couple's escape!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would go back in a heart beat. Waking up to the bay, a short walk to the ocean, and also being able to bring our furry family member was priceless. Thank you for the memories!

Perfect beach house on Dune Rd. The location alone was fantastic. Near everything. Bay front view was amazing and the section of ocean beach across the street was beautiful. Dan was a great host. It’s a very special place.

Adorable home. Steps from beach and right on the bay with beautiful views. It was soooo relaxing and comfortable. The host was delightful. 100% recommend.

The property owner/property was wonderful. It was laden with things to do—swimming, kayaking, beaches and a relaxing setting replete with places to sit, lounge, and eat. The hosts had the most wonderful touches, everything you needed and more—so yes, most welcoming!! Thank you D&D!

We had a wonderful stay at Dan and Doreen’s home. The thoughtful details were greatly appreciated, from the fresh flowers and chocolates, to the clean and abundant linens and bath robes. The house is located on the bay side with a short walk across Dune Rd to the beach. The kids loved using the kayaks and paddle boards to explore the marsh and the beach was absolutely stunning. Can’t wait to return next summer!

The house was lovely, and there were so many options for enjoying the beautiful views of the water. The house was spotlessly clean. The owners were wonderfully communicative and available for anything we needed although we didn’t need much. Everything was set up great.

We had a fantastic time at this cute and cozy bayside cottage. We were greeted by a cute welcome note from the owner and beautiful flowers. The screened in porch was the perfect place to enjoy our morning coffee and bagels from town. Reading a book on the the outside deck was very relaxing. Cottage was an easy drive into WestHampton. Our trip was extra special with my daughter being proposed to on the beach across the street. We would defiantly stay here again.
