Hey friends, welcome to Maggie’s Place to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet

Your Rogersville adventure begins at this lovely 3-bedroom house. Inside, guests will find 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 trundle bed and a pack n play for your infant, perfect for a family getaway. With amenities like heating, AC, games, a fire pit with a corn hole game and a black stone for outdoor cooking. The 2 bathrooms offer a shower and a hair dryer for added convenience. We offer a loaded coffee bar , air fryer, magic bullet and all new appliances. We offer miscellaneous breakfast snacks along with a variety of other snacks including salty, sweet and healthy. Pulling a camper or trailer? Plenty of parking! Like to bike? The home is located on a bike route from Springfield Nature Center to Rogersville (approx 10 mile ride one way) and the Nature Center (5 miles) has beautiful walking trails. We are also located close to ( approx 5 miles) James River for fishing and canoeing.
We want your stay to be peaceful and relaxing so just give us a call if you need anything

What a gem! This was the perfect place for us to stay while visiting family in the area! Beautiful, quiet setting and the house and especially hospitality exceeded our expectations. We will definitely come back!

Got this rental for my parents and sister when they visited. They LOVED it. So many thought “extras” that most people don’t supply. We will definitely book again for all of our out of town guests.

Such a nice place to stay when we show up the house is always warm and ready for us and we’re always able to check in early. It just feels very homey to stay there.

A wonderful place! Wish we could have stayed longer. All the extra touches were so thoughtful. They truly thought of everything. I highly recommend especially with young kiddos.

This place was absolutely lovely!! Super clean for sure. Many personal extras - snacks, hot cocoa, even flashlights in each room. It was in such a quiet area, but still so close to everything. My boys have already asked to stay here again next year for our ball tournament.

We weren’t there long enough to fully enjoy the home and property but it is very, very well done. One of the best we’ve stayed in as far as attention to detail, food and snacks provided, etc. Couldn’t have asked for more. Excellent communication at all times.

Clean, quiet, with little touches letting you know someone thought about some little things your might need, want, or enjoy. We enjoyed the teas, coffee, and hot cider from the bar and great appreciated the breakfast sandwiches, frozen waffles, bagels, and assorted little snacks left for us. The little extra bath soaps and effervescent tablets for the shower were really nice. Would have loved to stay longer & relaxed more. We will stay again next time we're in the area.Thank you so very much for letting us stay with you.

I am honored to be the first to review this fabulous home. It is beautifully decorated! It had 3 befrooms and 2 bathrooms. We had everything we needed and then some. The owners went above and beyond with this rental. It is easy to find and in a great location for visiting Springfield and Brandon. I highly recommend this VRBO!

I've stayed at a lot of VRBO homes, but this was one of the best! It was very well thought out...not one detail was overlooked. From the adorable front porch to the snacks and coffee bar, we felt welcome immediately. The home was extremely clean and organized. The kitchen is fully stocked. They even had toiletries in the bathrooms incase you forgot something! From start to finish, you can tell the owners put a lot of love into the home.The best part: when we were getting ready to check out, a huge storm came in (I heard there were tornado warnings in Springfield)...the host messaged us to let us know that we should stay until the storm passed. This is the kind of care that is put into his home. It was truly a wonderful place to call "home" for a few days!

Wow where to start. The place was immaculate. The ease of check in and out smooth as silk. Close to all Springfield attractions yet still out of the city hustle and noise.Jamie should be a super host!!. The snacks blew us away Went there as strangers and left with a new friend. Raymond and his family were the best guests any hostess would want - very communicative, clean, respectful, upbeat and positive but above all animal lovers! I have found that people who love animals have a BIG heart and this family is no exception! Baby (barn cat) wants them to come back more than I do! Hope when they are back in the area they choose Maggie’s Place again!

The quiet and how all the houses sit on 5 acres so we are all far apart but yet close enough to enjoy good neighbors !

Our property consists of five wide open, quiet and peaceful acres. Quiet neighbors and a barn cat who has made this her home for 15 years. She may visit you in the evenings but please don’t feed or let her in the house! She is very gentle. Her name is “baby”! However if you or your guests are allergic to cats let us know and we will remove her for your stay! In the quiet of the evening or a crisp early morning you may see a deer or two but they are just traveling through that is until the apples and pears are ripe then they may enjoy a snack with you. Relax take a deep breathe and enjoy the peace - YOU deserve it!
