Fantastic fantastic stay! Perfect, walkable location, had lots of accommodations for our group (soaps, dishes, etc.). The host was so communicative before, and during our stay, and even helped us check in a little earlier! So appreciate the great stay.

The location of this apartment is great in terms of walkability to the art museum and discovery center, and easy walking access to a grocery store, if not tons of restaurants. Neighborhood felt very safe and was quiet, and the hosts very responsive to questions.The apartment size was great for a family with 2 kids and overall comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen; there is some wear and tear to cabinets/furniture that doesn't quite fit the descriptor "upscale" and parking a bit tricky (though the overnight permission form recommended by the hosts was easy to fill out) but in general it was a great fit for our family's long weekend getaway to Milwaukee.

Everything was great. Only problem is parking, left with 75 worth of tickets because nowhere to park overnight.

The place was really nice for location, however the furniture wasn’t very comfy. We told the host about some stains on the linens and she was very receptive to change them out.

READ UNTIL THE END. We loved the apartment. It was easy to get into the apartment, after a hitch where we had only received one half of the directions, but they were quire responsive. The apartment was clean and quiet and within walking distance (.8) of the public market and restaurants in that area. The one problem with this apartment is parking. While we were able to easily obtain a nighttime parking permit, the apartment building is surrounded by 2 hour free parking. To that end, on the days that we were not gone from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. we were forced to move the car multiple times per day starting at 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. While there was ample parking, it was quite a hassle. This, unfortunately, would cause me not to rent this apartment again, although everything else was great. If you are intending to be out of the area with your car by by 9:00 a.m. every day and not returning until after 5:00 p.m,, then this may not be an issue for you.

The property was perfect for our quick trip to Milwaukee! It was very clean with a well stocked kitchen and all of our needs were met. The host get very clean instructions for check in and out, with quick helpful reminders. The location was great with being close to the lake and walk distance from so many things. We did park on the street outside, but it was easy to get an overnight pass and never had an issue finding a spot. I would highly recommend this property for your stay and would definitely stay here again!
