Wonderful welcoming space that feels like a home rather than a Verbo rental. Excellent light. All kinds of books to read. Quick walk to the park. Easy and close parking. The host, Sonia, was an amazing host; I really enjoyed my time talking to her in the courtyard after dinner two of the nights I was there. The courtyard is an oasis of flowers and plants, seating. I will be staying here next time I'm in town and have recommended it to family and friends.

The property is in a nice neighborhood close to the lake and downtown. The unit was very clean and spacious, but the furniture could use some updating as the bed frames were very creaky. Most days we were able to find street parking on the same block. This is the bottom level of a duplex, so there was noise from upstairs at times, but not excessive. The accommodations were nice for the cost and the hosts were very responsive.

The property location was excellent for our trip. What I did not like.1. It's not a house. It's a 3-bedroom apartment on the first floor.2. Describing it as a house, I assumed that it had parking. The day before our trip, I was told to apply electronically for 3 days of free parking. Plus, I could not find any parking closer than 2-3 blocks. It may be OK in nice weather and if you don't have small kids.\3. The worst was the AC. It has one window unit for the whole apartment. We kept doors open all nights in two bedrooms. The third one was too far from AC. Our kids slept on vauchas in the living room.
