This was our third—and longest—stay at this home, and it felt just as cozy as ever. It had everything we needed for both us and our dogs. The neighbors were wonderfully friendly and helpful, too. We had a great time, made great friends and look forward to booking here again next year!

It’s worth the money! If you want a break from the noisy city, this is a quiet and peaceful place.

The house was easy to find. Check in was a breeze. Host and neighbors are all very accommodating. House itself was cute and cozy with everything we needed right at our fingertips. We look forward to going back.

From the moment you step inside, this house feels warm and incredibly welcoming. The living room offered plenty of space for the two adults and our dogs to relax comfortably. Everything we could possibly need was right at our fingertips, and we even became great friends with the neighbors. Overall, it was a wonderful, stress-free experience that was vastly superior to staying in a hotel!

It was as described including the narrow winding staircase. Mark was responsive. We had a great stay. Our only issue was the angle of the driveway which is too steep for lower cars. We would recommend adding this in the description.

Property was clean neat and well equipped for humans and pets. Hosts were very communicative and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

This was a great home base for our stay! We didn't spend much time at the house so size wasn't an issue, though the staircase was narrower than expected -just take a little extra care there. Mark was fantastic about communication and flexible check-in times, which we really appreciated. The one tricky spot was the driveway: it's on a busier road and the trees block the view, so pulling out takes some slow, careful inching. Trimming those back would make it feel safer, but it wasn't a dealbreaker. Overall a great stay and we'd happily book again!

Rooms are clean and presentable. House is older but all rooms have been remodeled and include comfortable modern furniture. Bathroom is small but acceptable. Being an older home in a small town, it is located close to the road, which has high traffic early morning and late afternoon. Kitchen accommodations are very good and even include some basic food supplies. Overall, a very good value.

The listing description was inaccurate. The property had several issues such as a steep staircase without a rail and an AC unit plugged in to an outlet that was in front of a doorway. Overall cleanliness and appearance was not appealing for when you go on vacation. Bed linens and pillows were very old. I didn’t feel comfortable using the bed or the linens provided.

Property was clean but needed some additional kitchen items to make the stay easier such as additional plates, bowls, silver ware.It was also 30 feet away from a 2 lane road which was noisy. In addition, several trains passed on a not-too-distant railroad with the train whistle blowing.
