Nice Vacation Stay

SeaChase is great but condo a little sub-standard

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Seachase and we have stayed there for over 25 summers, but this condo wasn't so great. It was just adequate. Not enough towels. I mean if you say sleep 8, then provide enough towels and a couple extra blankets for 8 people. If we all wanted to enjoy a movie in the evening-there wasn't enough seating. But, we still enjoyed ourselves-we do love Orange Beach, AL and SeaChase.

There were 8 towels provided 4 in each bathroom and blankets on each bed and sheeets and a blanket for the sleeper sofa, if any extras were needed then it is needed to call the front desk and we will provide.

Not too fancy where we worried about breaking things, just comfortable and well decorated with a beachy vibe! We've been coming here for around 30 years and are never disappointed.

wonderful condo in a wonderful resort

The extra cots were not very comfortable, but fine for young children. we had great time exploring this beautiful resort with direct beach access. Management was very helpful in bringing us extra linens and helping with any issues that came up during our stay.

6 weeks on the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a clean and roomy condo. I wish bedroom windows could be opened. Beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had all necessities plus. Next time, we may rent a condo a couple floors up so we could see over the neighboring houses.

Reviewer Comments: Seachase is definitely where we will be staying again for our family vacation.. our room we’re very spacious and clean the balcony was very big and perfect look out to the ocean there are many very nice pools and hot tubs and the walk to the beach is right there it was perfect when arriving the staff made it very easy and we’re very nice !!! There is a many combiner place to go right across the street for any of your needs .Would highly recommend seachase!!!

She’s right. It was beautiful, perfectly located and provided the backdrop for a very memorable, wonderful vacation. My only hesitation in writing this review is that it might make it harder for me to book next time! 😄

Perfect place for a girls trip!

The accommodations were simple and easy and the staff that I dealt with were very nice and helpful. Tammy and Jessi the security guards were very helpful and kind when we arrived, loved their personalities. The pools and hot tubs were very clean and the beach was perfect. SeaChase is a great location, and convenient to food marts, restaurants and shopping. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful home away from home. 🤍💙

Tough Week at the Beach

Property was very nice. Beautiful view. Condo was nice. Pools were good. But the beach was closed three days due to high surf, strong winds, severe rip currents, sharks and jelly fish. On top of that, my 13-year-old son got a severe ear infection, causing extreme pain and keeping him out of the pool. We rented beach chairs for the week but were only able to use them two days. Traffic was terrible and there were no sidewalks for walking. We actually left two days early. Very nice property, but through no fault of anyone, the week was pretty misearble.

So sorry the weather was rough and I hope your son's ear infection is better. The beach was closed for everyone safety when the water is rough. Hope to see you next year maybe the weather will be great that week.

Spring Break

Pros: location is awesome! You are able to walk to many places including Walmart, grocery, Starbucks. Sits directly on the beach. Size of condo is huge. We were in 2 other condos in this complex, and ours was huge in comparison. Views are amazing! Wrap around porch is awesome! Kitchen is very nice. Couches and beds are very comfortable. Security staff is very helpful and friendly. Everyone was accommodating. Cons: Biggest complaint is hot water. We are a family of 4. After one person showered, everyone else took at least a partially cold shower. We had to plan showers accordingly. After a day at the beach though, we all needed a shower around the same time. This was difficult. Needs a whole new paint job (this doesn’t affect the stay…just the aesthetic). The drain in the master shower is slow to drain. Lights were difficult to work. We never figured out how to work the overhead light in dining room. Ice machine on refrigerator didn’t work. There is a freestanding ice machine that is good for coolers and such. Didn’t want to use this for drinks though. Would be nice to have a few more towels and washcloths available as some may not be interested in doing laundry during their stay. Bath mats would be a nice as well. Overall, very happy with this condo. Ultimately, a few small changes would make a world of difference. This condo has lots of good things to offer!! We had a great stay here at Orange Beach! Thank you!

THIS CONDO WAS VERY CLEAN. THE BEACH VIEW WAS NICE AND THE KIDS LOVED THE 3 POOLS. WE WOULD DEFINETLY STAY HERE AGAIN.

Pretty condo with nice ocean/pool view

We had 8 people and plenty of room! The check in process was not smooth though. Check in is late, 5pm. I was supposed to get a text or email letting me know the code to open the door saying the condo was ready. Arrived shortly before 5 and had trouble finding where to check in. Sign on door said Monday-Friday and we arrived on Saturday. Frustrating! Finally found someone to help us and the condo was ready. Only issues once we got inside was only one set of sheets for use on the sofa sleeper and 2 fold away cots and the instructions said to load dishwasher and start upon leaving but there was no detergent to use. Otherwise we did love the size, location, pools and decor of the place. We would return again.
