This beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath Gulf-front beach condo is ready for you to relax and make wonderful memories with your family and friends. Watch the dolphins, enjoy a delicious dinner alfresco and listen to the calming waves on the oversize, private balcony!

The kitchen has granite countertops, a kitchen island and all the appliances and utensils to make a gourmet meal! The dining room table sits 8 with more room at the kitchen bar.

Relax in the Master Bedroom which features a king size bed, private bath, flat screen TV and direct access to the balcony. The second bedroom has two double size beds, floor to ceiling windows and a flat screen TV. The third bedroom has a queen size bed, floor to ceiling windows and a flat screen TV. There is granite in both baths, tile and wood floors throughout, full size washer and dryer, free wireless internet access and a large flat screen TV in the living room.

White Caps is situated in the heart of Orange Beach and features a large outdoor pool, indoor pool, outdoor kiddie pool, hot tub, tennis courts, fitness room, grilling area, a boardwalk and only minutes from restaurants, shopping, zip lining, water parks, arcades and nightlife! There are lots of choices for the whole family to enjoy!

Excellent location and FABULOUS host

We just finished our stay at White Caps. I have to mention the host, Clair first and foremost. She started communicating with me several weeks out from the trip with info on the condo and places to eat while there. Her communication was top notch. When we arrived at the condo there were a few issues that were out of her control but Clare went above AND BEYOND to fix these issues. There was no lag in communication, she was always available. We can’t thank her enough for doing all she could to ensure a good trip for us. There are some things that could use small updates but all in all the place is exactly as advertised. We were impressed with how stocked the kitchen was with all necessary cooking supplies. There was also an extra supply closet with all kinds of various items one might usually forget to bring on vacation but will inevitably need. The balcony is huge and nicely furnished. We never had to wait on an elevator even being on the 12th floor. The staff we encountered were friendly, the premises was kept clean and chair service was easy to rent. The location is convenient to any stores/pharmacies needed. Plenty of eating places close by which also provide door dash! I would not hesitate to stay here or book with Clair again in the future. Highly recommend.

Great Stay!

This property was great! The view was amazing and the location was close to a lot of stores walking distance. Check in was easy and the owner was quick to respond when I had a question. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing views!! Great stay!

This trip was wonderful! It has so many pros to staying here, a few cons but nothing that would prevent us from booking again. The view is absolutely amazing! You get sunrise and sunset views, dolphins in the morning and ghost crab hunting at night. Lots of walkable places to eat. Place was very clean and safe. Only down fall as spoty WiFi in the rooms and light switches control random things like tvs or something. Like I said nothing that would prevent us from booking again. Place was perfect, host was top notch!!

Fall Break

My family and I had a great time staying at White Caps during our visit to Orange Beach. We enjoyed the view and the sounds of the ocean from our 12th floor balcony. The condo was comfortable and conveniently located. Easy to check in and plenty of parking. Crowds are low this time of year which made the beach days nice.

Beautiful property and amazing owner!

This condo was perfect for our vacation and the owner was amazing to work with! The owner went above and beyond to make this trip the best ever! We were so impressed by the property and the owner that we are in the process of saving a deposit so we can book again for next year! I’ve always said I wanted to try a new beach every vacation but this one has won us over and will be the place we will go for beach vacations!

Good Overall

The condo itself was nice, had everything we needed for our week stay, had a huge balcony that we enjoyed and was in a great location! Communication with the property owner was fantastic! She addressed any of our needs immediately and was extremely helpful and friendly. The only two negatives that we encountered was the security guards who worked for the condo. They took their job VERY seriously and made you feel watched constantly making your stay a tad bit less enjoyable. They were constantly on patrol through the parking lot checking for parking passes, not even giving you time to unload and get settled. They were not friendly whatsoever and put me a bit on edge with the creepiness of how close they seemed to watch you. The cleaning staff could also use a little retraining as we had to have them come back when we checked in to clean the kitchen properly. The condo owner addressed this immediately and it was resolved quickly. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Great family getaway

My family and I had a great time here! The condo was beautiful, very clean and well equipped. Loved the location and the large balcony. We have stayed in many Orange Beach condos and never had a balcony that big! The condo was right on the beach, and the pools were beautiful. The owners were very sweet. We look forward to coming back and highly recommend staying here!

Family vacation

Property is clean, but not real clean. Mattresses in two bedrooms need replacement. Dishwasher about to come out, stove storage broken, sliding door from den extremely hard to open. Pictures on web site are from 20 years ago. Unit is in desperate need of renovating. Not worth what they are charging. Would not recommend..

Girls Get Away

There was a lot that was nice but several not great things. One kitchen towel, no kitchen cloths or hot pads for removing items from the stove. There was one roll of paper towels and two rolls of toilet paper so take extra. The lights under the cabinet need bulbs. The batteries in the remote needed replacing. The owner wanted us to pick them up. We never left the condo. That should not be what happens. There should be someone to provide such items. TV in guest bedroom DID NOT work. There were only 7 dining chairs. The picture shows 8. That was an issue bc we had 8 people. The shower curtains were GROSS. Black mold on the bottom of both. The showers had mold in the handles above the soap holder area. Both bathrooms smelled of MOLD. We enjoyed the view of the condo. The early entry with new code. The owner was very nice and responded with each time I reached out. The beds were comfortable,

This place is in a great location. Very clean, plenty of room for 6+, the balcony was very nice also. Easy check in and out. The owner was great and offered assistance if needed, which we did not😊. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend !!

Great family get away

Very easy renting this condo!!! Clair was helpful in getting car passes set up for us, leaving us a list of things to do, good restaurants to eat at. Loved the large balcony and family room area was spacious. Convienant location - beautiful beach, very nice pool . Would return again🥰

Absolutely perfect girls getaway!

This was such a charming condo with beautiful 12th floor views. I was most impressed by the location and lack of crowds that you usually see. Parking was on the street level and easily accessible without a walk which also was nice! We only had to wait for an elevator one time and plenty of dollys were always available for groceries and luggage. We loved the outdoor pool and immediate beach access. The beach was perfectly clean and well kept. The condo was perfectly accommodating as listed and the master bedroom had beautiful views! All of the beds and furniture were very comfortable and there were clear instructions on how to use the TVs and remote controls. All of the kitchen appliances were also in excellent condition and we had plenty of cookware to use for our stay. We would absolutely recommend this condo to anybody looking at the Orange Beach or Gulf Shores area. We would love to stay again and Claire is a superb host!

Condo great, security needs help!

Condo stay was great! Security needs help with people skills. We weren’t in our room for 10 minutes before security was banging on door accusing me of smoking. I do smoke but was aware of rules. He said someone called and said there was smoking going on. Thought maybe he should have checked below us as that’s where it was coming from! Parking passes must be displayed,got it. My car was in same spot for 3 days, 4th day went to dinner,blinding white parking pass on dash is blinding. Moved it to see to drive forgot to replace. By 8 am gestopo police there writing second ticket getting ready to call tow. Spoke to a couple of them while out in my corner for smoking, their mission is to catch smokers! Spoke to one about some condo owners will give you permission to smoke. That guard had a problem with that and said we will see about that! May I suggest the smoking area have some ant pellets put down. Surely the building can come up with a better area for smokers. Met quite a few in the area that said they would not be back to these condos. Also dogs need to stay out of smoking area,they have their own space. Didn’t see guards jumping on that! As stated condo fine, needs little work. Dangerous mirror in master bath, not very hot water in guest bathroom,strange because everywhere else water was super hot. We have stayed at White caps for 9 years now. Talking of going to mountains next year.

Beach Getaway

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. Everything went well, and we picked a great time to come to this area. The weather was perfect with just-right days and cool evenings. The owners of the property were great with clear instructions left for us to follow for the condo. It was spacious enough with three adult couples and a small baby. It had most of the items we needed for this stay. It was a relaxing vacation, and we can’t wait to do it again.
