This was a decent place to stay and convenient to the festival we were coming to the area for. Having the extra bathroom was handy, the kitchen was pretty well equipped, and the bed was comfortable. The steps up to the apartment are steep, they warned us ahead of time and that was fine for us, but I wanted to point that out to others considering staying here, they are not kidding about that. Communication was generally good, we had a little hitch with our arrival, but the management company was on call and helped us out right away.

The property is in an old town that is being worked on. Very safe and friendly. It is inexpensive so understand that. Very cute and I dream a Jennie vibe I actually loved. We were there for work and didn't do anything but work a few days early in our trip we enjoyed the Broadway bar and diner. Fun. I nick named the town in a LOVING WAY! MAYBERRY MEETS ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE. Town is regrowing and peaceful

The location was really good as it was right in the center of town. The overhead projector in the bedroom was really fun to sit and relax and watch a movie. The laundry and dryer were very nice. It can be a little bit loud during the day as the place is located right at a relatively busy intersection for that town so you do hear cars accelerating. But it quiet down at night. The local movie theater is straight across the street and there are a couple places within a block to eat some food.It does have some very steep stairs to get in to the unit and that should be a consideration if you have a hard time with stairs as the very top is a little awkward as there is no good handrail when you get to the very top of the stairs.

Very unique. Interesting stay in the center of Blanchester. Except for the large video appliances, it's a step in time with the high ceilings and decor. Beautiful drives around the farms of southwest Ohio.

We enjoyed our stay. Loved having the 1 and 1/2 bathrooms! The movie screen in the bedroom was fun. My Granddaughter wished she could move in. As someone else mentioned, there are a few steps (21, my husband counted) so keep that in mind. It was perfect for our visit with family and we have already booked our next stay.

The pictures do not do this space justice!!! It's spotless, gorgeous...original hardwood flooring, wide ornamental trim, modern and updated but not in an overbearing way- it still retains an old world charm... modern appliances, wooden cabinets, exposed brick, sliding wooden doors, dark teal painted walls, black floor to ceiling curtains with dark blue accent curtains- we absolutely love the colors used... whomever decorated this space was able to do so in such a way as to not take the focus off of the space itself, but highlighted it... the bathroom matches the same energy and that shower is whole experience unto itself...we discovered soft color changing lighting and set it to a matching teal blue...the decorative, hanging accent lights adorning both sides of the bed are beyond beautiful and we were pleasantly surprised to find that they are indeed working lights...I really could go on but I'll leave it here, knowing that the next guests who stay will be as impressed as we were...

The apt was nicely decorated, clean and the bed / couches were comfortable. However, the listing stated that there was a dishwasher and a desk. Neither of those are in the space. The dishwasher was not an issue, but I needed to work while there and there was no where to do that. Also, the kitchen had no outlets even for the coffee maker that was provided. We had to bring both the coffee maker and the toaster into the half bath to use them. The washer and dryer are stacked with a riser - making it impossible to reach the door or controls on the dryer. Lastly there is nowhere to put your clothes or toiletries except for the small drawers in the vintage vanity. We were there for a week and after a few days some of these inconveniences became more of an issue. It would be perfect if you only stayed a couple days and didn't need to use the laundry or make coffee.
