It’s ideal for anyone who enjoys morning walks by the water, quick beach access, and the energy of nearby cafes and local restaurants.
What we enjoy most is how peaceful the area feels, while still being so close to everything—Abbot Kinney, the beach, the marina, and even LAX. You get the best of both worlds: a relaxing escape and the buzz of Los Angeles within reach. It’s a place that feels like a vacation every day, and we love sharing that with our guests.
