The location was great, right at the beach! The host was excellent and great with communication. We had a utility issue during our stay that was out of the owners control and he went above and beyond to make it up to us.

Great location

Place is clean and nicely furnished, kitchen has everything you would need in a vacation rental. Close to pool and beach walkway.

Perfect Again

This was our second vacation in this condo. We again enjoyed the new furnishings, closeness to the beach and lovely deck. We are already planning next year's trip to St. Augustine, and will of course stay at this perfect condo. Barbara Isenberg

Just beautiful

It was clean and amazing. The home owner was very helpful and the condo was well taken care of. It was just a walk out to the beach and we loved it.

Fantastic vacation!

This is our 2nd stay here and we loved it. The condo is comfortable, clean and spacious. The beach is beautiful and just steps away. We loved the location - a close drive to the pier, historic district and the lighthouse. The host communicated well. We had a wonderful vacation and we’ll be back.

Relaxing Beach House

Relaxing beach house with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Easy access to the beach where you can walk for miles. Host was very responsive. If we are back in the St. Augustine area again, we would definitely stay here.

Great condo on Anastasia Island

We stayed at Jeff’s condo on Anastasia Island for several days. The condo is well furnished and the location is outstanding. Jeff was very pleasant to deal with and we will hopefully get to stay there again.

Idea beach spot

We loved this place for its location to the beach, literally just steps away. Had everything our family needed. Close to downtown. Comfy like home.

Great Location for Family

Happy at the beach

We LOVE this property! It is so well stocked and the owner is always available for questions,etc. Beachfront with a conservation area, this place is an outdoor enthusiast heaven. And 15 minutes drive to Old Town St. Augustine and 10 more minutes to the St. Augustine Outlet Mall (high end retail outlets).

Great location! Super easy access to beach and pool

This condo is in a great community in St. Augustine Beach. The manager was easy to contact and getting access to the property was very easy too. The primary bathroom shower had a defect that sprayed a mist of water into the bathroom which caused a musty smell in the house and linens. Once that is fixed and area rugs cleaned, this issue should be resolved and then I would happily stay there again.

Cute condo. Great beach access. Not too far from historic downtown, about a 15 min drive w/o traffic, about 25 min with traffic. It was cold in FL so appreciated the extra blankets. There were also plenty of towels. Well stocked with pots and pans. Appliances worked great other than coffee maker, could not get it to work. TV tricky to figure out initially b/c there were 3 remote controls. Was not stocked well with TP so had to buy some. Owner accommodating with check in time.

Great week by the sea

This condo was amazing! It was very clean, and just as pictured. We loved being on the ground floor, the condo looks over the dunes, you can hear the ocean from the patio, and the beach is short walk away down the boardwalk. Everyone was very friendly on the property, and it was quiet, safe and secure. The kitchen was stocked with spices and oils and plenty of cooking utensils. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that we missed having a grill, there are no grills allowed on the property as we discovered when we arrived. Also, there is a great little bar area, but the bar fridge doesn't work, so really drinks were prepared in kitchen, bar area was not really usable with no fridge. Other than those 2 small things, we had no concerns or complaints. The owner was responsive to questions via text and Overall, it is a wonderful area, beaches are clean, condo is great. Would highly recommend staying here! On a side note, we would recommend the Cafe Eleven for breakfast and the Cantina Louie for an affordable mexican dinner, both close by!

The whole process from booking, checking in and arriving went so smoothly. The Condo was very nice and roomy. It was a 2 min walk down to the beach and that was great! Though the AD said that we would be beach front, which we were, you didn't get much of the beach view, we got the view of sand dunes and brush. But that didn't get in the way of an amazing Sun Rise over the horizon. The condo was in the perfect spot with all the local stores literally right down the road and St.Augustine only a 20 minutes or so drive. Neighbors were all very friendly. The only thing I would suggest is that the place be a little updated. For example some of our blinds were taped up in some areas and one kept falling down until we found some tape to fix it ourselves. The decor was to be expected as it was all a beach setting since we were on the beach, however, I'd rethink having so much glass decor for the families that have young kids. Overall, we all really enjoyed ourselves and loved the place, location and all the memories we made while we visited. Thank You Jeff for opening up your condo to us!! --B.W.
