Are you ready for a vacation? Come stay at our home away from home!

Please read all notes and rules before requesting to book. *** Please note that, due to the existing bedding arrangements, structural weight limits and safety concerns the condo may not be able to accommodate parties consisting of more than 2 adults. ****

If you like to go out to eat there are plenty of restaurants close by! If you are more comfortable eating in these days grocery stores are close by. We have a fully equipped kitchen, with all new appliances to make your stay enjoyable.

Wake up and head to the beach to see the gorgeous sunrise over the ocean just steps from this ground floor unit. St. Augustine has 42 miles of beautiful beaches with soft white sand. The historic downtown area has a great vibe with a variety of restaurants, shopping and entertainment.
If beach life isn’t your thing there are tons of historical sites for you to visit in America’s oldest city. If you want to see amazing views you can even climb to the top of the light house! There is always something for you to do!

This two bedroom two bath condo includes a primary en-suite bedroom with a king size bed and flat screen SMART TV with cable. The second bedroom includes two sets of twin bunkbeds (max allowable weigh per bed is 150lb) and a flat screen SMART TV (no cable) *** Please note that, due to the existing bedding arrangements and structural weight limits, the condo may not be able to accommodate parties consisting of multiple adults. ****Relax and enjoy game time or a movie on the flat screen smart TV with cable and blu ray DVD in the living room.

The complex has two pools (the smaller pool is heated) and five jacuzzis. Have some fun on the tennis court, racquet ball court, pickle ball court, shuffleboard and bocci courts!
There is something for everyone!

Cleaning fee $250 for any bookings 14 days or more.
Parking fee $25 per car - max two cars allowed.

The property is perfect for families or couples. The location to the beach is perfect. We loved having the pool in the evening, or as another swimming option. You are close to shopping, restaurants, easy drive to all attractions.We loved the condo. It is super clean, nicely decorated and had a well equipped kitchen along with nice amenities. ( beach chairs etc) The host was fantastic. Communication was outstanding, and made check in a breeze. Would not hesitate booking this condo again.

The property is beachside, so the walk to the beach was easy. Chairs and beach towels provided. Both pools are nice. Would recommend this property to others.

The place was perfect for our family. The bunk beds worked great with our three kiddos. The location to the beach and the hot tubs was amazing. We look forward to returning!

The condo was small but very clean. We had a little trouble securing the parking pass but the gentleman at the gate was very accommodating and helpful.

Hot tub was not in complex 3, which we didn’t expect. It was hard finding an open at times, but tubs were nice, warm and clean. The pools were clean and nice too. Your view from condo is parking lot not ocean view, but it was only close walk so that was nice.Condo was clean and host was good at communicating and friendly. We had a nice stay.

The ocean was not visible from our room. It was a walk to the beach. The pool area was outstanding. The small patio outside the sliding doors of each unit was extremely small. Location of the property was excellent and fine restaurants nearby traffic was not an issue overall a pleasant day.

This was our first St Augustine trip and we were impressed with the quiet, cozy condo and complex. All areas are neat, clean and the beach access is wonderful. We didn’t try out the pools for it being not quite warm enough for us, but loved the thought of the amenities and the amount of options. The security gate & guards were friendly and informative and the Publix was phenomenal. As we came in the off season, naturally everyone knew we were from out of town and welcomed us. Honestly, that was great and appreciated. This is definitely a residential spot I’d recommend for a long weekend getaway for rejuvenating. Thanks Lisa for being a gracious host.
