Thanks for the 5 stars Kerri. The thermostat in the refrigerator could be turned down if too cold. Thanks for mentioning the free gym and Sprots complex just up the street on 10th Ave. There is also a rooftop spa and gym with swimming pools across the road in the Reef 28 hotel where you can spend the afternoon if you purchase food and beverage. We sound-proofed the master bedroom with hurricane glass years ago to provide a quiet sleep even during celebration times. A great place to hang out and watch the activities on the road to Mamitas Beach. The Mega Store is a great place to purchase your own food to cook. We try to keep our Kitchen fully equipped and recently added a barbecue on the patio. We would love to have you return one day with a 10 % return guest discount.

Thank you Mike for the great review! Many potential guests ask what else will be needed or how much more their trip will cost. As you say, our condo is fully equipped and updated on a regular basis. Thank you Mike for your review stating that Las Olas is in the perfect location for visiting Playa Del Carmen, and you are right in saying that our condo is one of the best deals in Playa. We have plans to further upgrade our Condo Buena Vida this April with the acquisition of new living room furniture. In the last year and a half that we have owned it, we've installed new windows, wooden blinds, ceiling fans, had the doors refinished, repainted the interior, and of course all linens and kitchen items are renewed on a frequent basis. We have purchased beach equipment for our guests use as well as two cell phones so that they can communicate with each other as well as contact our property managers. We very much value our guest’s feedback and act upon their recommendations. I think we are on the right track because our repeat guests are on the increase:) If you wish to come back for another stay Mike, and see the changes we make, we offer a 10% discount off the posted rate for returning guests. Thank you Yoko for your review. I have addressed the lack of toiletries with our property manager. I apologize for this. The poor water pressure on one of the shower heads is a common problem in Mexico as the water contains calcium. Regular maintenance should take care of this problem and again I'm sorry for the low pressure. We do provide ear plugs for those who are light sleepers. The fact that there are no elevators to the second floor is plain to see or read about on our description. Not sure what you mean by no sundeck when there is a deck the entire length of the condo overlooking Mamitas Beach Road, complete with hammock, BBQ and table and chairs. Overall, we are pleased you enjoyed your stay with us and are welcome to come again with a return guest discount.

Our condo in Playa del Carmen is in the best location to enjoy both the beach and 5th Avenue, without having to rent a car or take a taxi. No matter where you stay in Playa, you will experience a vibrant sidewalk scene. I'm told by our property manager that the maintenance issues you mention were all addressed. The one fan out of four needed a part which had to be ordered. We hope that the air-conditioning in every room was sufficient. The water pressure in the building was increased and the noise of the toilet tank filling was louder than normal. This also has been addressed. We are continuously upgrading our home in Mexico so as to offer the best experience to our guests. Lori and I are happy you enjoyed your stay.
