Host was super quick to reply to messages and tried to accommodate all of our needs. The house itself was perfect for our weekend trip. Highly recommend

This was a great option for families. We really enjoyed the hot tub on the patio deck. The kitchen was big and roomy, stocked with everything you need. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were very clean. Conveniently located close enough to downtown but far enough away from the hustle and bustle from the crowds. The views were amazing and really appreciated the peace and quiet in the neighborhood. The central AC was a huge bonus for the summertime heat.

Host was extremely gracious, informative and welcoming. House was clean and decently stocked. Plenty of space to accommodate two families with teen boys. Great area to make a sled run just across the street. Had open communication with host throughput our stay - she was so helpful! We were there during a storm and she was gracious to allow us to stay until it was safe to leave. She also coordinated her plow guys to help us unbury our cars. Definitely recommed!

Incredible house in Lake Tahoe!!! We spent a week with two families (4 adults, 6 kids) at this house. The bedrooms are fantastic -- including a wonderful bunk room with four built in beds. The living area is set up so everyone can hang out, cook, and watch TV. Probably the best stocked VRBO house we have ever rented -- kitchen had everything you could possibly need and enough of it for lots of people. The garage has a separate hang out area and gym with weights! Host is amazing -- responded to a few questions within minutes. Close to everything you want in South Lake Tahoe, but quiet and peaceful. We have rented multiple properties in Tahoe, but this is our favorite. We'll be back.

The house is beautiful, clean and the beds are so comfortable. I traveled to Tahoe with my husband and five boys and there was plenty of room. This house could easily accommodate two families. We came to Tahoe to ski and although there are pros to staying at a resort, we loved the quiet neighborhood and privacy of our own hot tub. The boys ended each night with a soak in the hot tub and some poker at the kitchen table.The house is very well stocked. I have stayed in many VRBO rentals that only stock one extra of everything. We did not have to buy toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, etc. Tegan was easy to get in touch with and quick to respond. I would 10/10 recommend! We loved our stay in South Lake Tahoe!

We had a lovely stay at this property.There was a major check-in issue related to our late arrival, but Tegan made things right and I would not hesitate to stay here again.Very convenient to SLT, only a few minutes from Raley's, and a quiet neighborhood. Hot tub was clean (and hot!). More supplies and tools provided (coffee filters, dishwasher pods, kitchen utensils) than I normally expect from a vacation rental - we thought we were screwed when we accidentally bought whole bean coffee, only to be pleasantly surprised with a coffee grinder.Wifi was a little slow when we were there. The house manual mentions that this is a problem in the neighborhood and not the house in particular, but I still wouldn't plan to take video calls unless you have a hotspot.Great room is excellent for groups to hang out after a day on the slopes or hiking. Some nice party games in the side shelving as well. And I wish we had had time to take advantage of the grill on the deck!

The house was great! Very clean, spacious. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Many small appliances, knives etc. Close to town but still far enough away from crowds. Nice bike/hiking trail in walking distance. Great surprise to have a dart board and bikes to ride! Our family very much enjoyed our stay and didn’t want to leave! Thank you!

This neighborhood is perfect, houses are spaced far apart and you can literally hike across the street. It’s a quiet neighborhood but full of friendly people walking or biking always.
