Great location, very clean and pleasant apartment. But you have to bring or buy things like soap, dish detergent, paper towels. Otherwise a great place.

Thank you. We'll make sure to have those items in stock. We have had some guest who book that lives in the area take our supplies. How do I know they're locals? They have a local area code number smh. But I'll personally make sure to do my own walkthrough.

Charles is good owner. The house is clean and ready for a wonderful stay. Good location and neighboor. Thé only negative is that there was no wine glass

Very easy check-in and check-out process. We really enjoyed staying here. We traveled for a youth baseball tournament and the location was centrally located. Great proximity to everything. We will definitely stay again.

Charles clearly communicated through email for directions. He demonstrated keyless entries to cottage and laundry and responded promptly to fuse breaker/air conditioning issue (and quickly resolved). Adorable cottage shows pride of ownership with nicely maintained spaces inside and outside and for cleanliness. Close to central shops, happy hours and restaurants (within walking distance). I would recommend this listing.

This property was located perfectly for our needs. The owner was easy to get in touch with (even came over at 11pm one evening when we blew a fuse!). The cost was good for us as well. A few pieces of feedback that would NOT keep me from booking again. 1. There were exactly 4 spoons, 4 forms and 4 coffee cups. This was fine - but not what I would consider a fully stocked kitchen. Seems picky but washing spoons twice a day is not what I want to do on vacation. 2. I want to be clear - the property was clean! However, there was a stain on the comforter in the front bedroom and when we stripped the bed before we left there were stains on the mattress pad as well. This just gave me a bit of the ick. 3. Whole the listing stated soap and shampoo were provided (always a plus when traveling with only a carry on), the shampoo that was there was 1/3 of a sample sized bottle. These few details were not enough to ruin our trip by far! But thought I would offer the feedback.

Thank Peggy, I wish you would of told us. We've had guest that are locals stay and take our supplies. Trust me we have had to stock as if we lived there personally so I understand how that could be frustrating.

Charles responded quickly to our questions, the house was very clean and neat and bright. There's a huge TV in the living room, however there are no TVs in the two bedrooms. A correct coffee maker for us coffee freaks, in a very clean kitchen. We will definitely be staying again. Thank you Charles.
