Nice cozy (small) 2 bedroom place. Nice view.
Unfortunately, the place was not properly setup for guests.
- No curtains or blinds on any windows (we had to improvise)
- bathroom door did not close on one side
- shower head broken
- new washer/dryer but not hooked up, so unusable.
- no vent for stove, so for any type of cooking we had to open the doors.
- had to go get wasp spray to exterminate 20+ wasps on the fascia in front of the door.
- spider webs everywhere
- lots of TVs there but none were operational. Was told a day before, there are technical difficulties and no tv is working. (No provider or antenna was hooked up)
- did not know how much we rely on microwaves till we found ourselves without one.
- for 5 people, 2 beds and a couch would have been adequate but no linens or pillows were provided for the person on the couch.
It looks like the place is or was for sale. And the owner did not care about guest’s comfort.
It could have been a nice place for a quick getaway but unfortunately the current owner is not engaged in providing adequate, presentable accommodation.
