When we first pulled in I thought we were really far from campus -- we were not. Campus is across the street up a 1/2 of block. Easy access to campus. We also walked to town. Very clean and well stocked !

We had a fantastic stay here for our daughter's graduation from DePauw University. The property itself was great, but the host truly made it special. They were incredibly accommodating and welcomed us with lovely touches like fresh flowers and danishes. It made an already memorable weekend even better! Thank you:)

Great location and accommodations for all 5 of us. We had nothing but good things to say! Super close to the park, right next to the uni, and 30 to 45 minutes from any major events.

Very cozy home close to campus. Clean with all the amenities. Communication was excellent. I drove up for a sporting event and the location was great. I appreciated the info on the history of the home and the connection to the university.

Upstairs was kind of warm. But both bedrooms had ceiling fans and oscillating fans.

The home was very clean, location was great, & communication was quick and clear with the Host. The only surprise was the full bath was upstairs and at the time we didn’t realize there were stairs at all. After visiting with the Host it was an innocent mistake and they corrected the listing as soon as they realized it wasn’t labeled.

Stayed with a friend for a quick weekend getaway. The home was lovely and clean. Location was convenient to restaurants and a manageable drive to other towns for Covered Bridge Festival… even a quick trip to Indy. My reason for 4 stars instead of 5: I dont understand why we couldnt use the back door. It would have made coming and going, especially with luggage, a lot easier. Also, the upstairs was abnormally warm. AC made downstairs very comfortable, but even with provided fans in upstairs bedrooms I still found it too warm. Also, no closets available to hang your clothes.
