If you are looking for a perfect place to stay in beautiful Desert Falls Country Club, this is the one for you!! This beautifully decorated and comfortable, 2 bed/ 2 bath + queen sofa bed, single story condo is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, just close enough to the pool (right across – 70 steps). The condo has been completely remodeled; including the kitchen, bathroom, closets, etc. Carpet in the bedrooms, tiled floors in the rest of the unit. We have ceiling fans in every room to help keep a comfortable environment.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, plenty of storage space, with his and hers closets. It has a flat screen LCD TV and Blue ray player. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower with built-in bench.

The second bedroom has 2 twin beds , a large closet and plenty of storage space. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

The living room has seating for six, with a queen size sofa bed to accommodate visitors. For your entertainment we provide a Smart TV(cable TV). blue-ray player. It has a bar unit. The indoor dining area accommodates six. We offer wireless WiFi.

The patio faces the green belt with beautiful mountain views in a private tranquil setting. There is a patio table and a BBQ grill. We offer everything you need in this condo to make your stay away from home, a true vacation spot.

Access to lighted tennis and pickle-ball courts, state-of the-art gym is included. Pay-as-you-play golf and the use of the club house are available at our beautiful Desert Falls Country Club.

We have everything necessary and have made it available to our guests. This is our vacation home and shows pride of ownership.

Desert Falls Paradise

This house was perfect for us and the owners are great! Super responsive and on top of everything. Sure hope we can come back and stay longer!

Enjoyable Stay

It was as described. The Owner was proactive in contacting us but not intrusive. Access was a breeze from the front gate security to obtaining the key from the lockbox. Location was great, very quiet. I played the Golf course (very handy). Fitness center as well. Pool/Spa used daily, was just across the street (close but not too close.) Hummingbirds buzzing around, rabbits hopping about was a nice surprise. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

We have enjoyed vacationing in the area for years. We love to golf, to ride our bikes, and to hike . We like the fact that whatever it is that we want to do, it is available in the desert, or just a couple of hours drive. We are meticulous people and take pride in our condo, which we regularly use. Our family enjoys vacationing here several times a year.

WE LOVE DESERT FALLS!! The complex is immaculately kept.It is clean, colorful and offers everything we need. If we do not want to leave the Country Club there is a restaurant, golf, gym, tennis, lap pool, etc. We chose this condo because the mountain views from the patio are beautiful. This condo offers privacy. It is not by the pool area, but just close enough to two pools to offer convenience.
