This charming and spacious Victorian-style two-story home has been divided into three private 2-bedroom, 2-bath cottages, offering comfort and convenience in the heart of Steinhatchee. Perfectly located for guests looking to scallop, fish, or simply relax, Victorian #7 is a great home base for enjoying all the resort has to offer.
Victorian #7 comfortably sleeps 6 guests and includes:
- Master suite with a king-size bed, full bath, large vanity, tub, and standalone shower
- Second bedroom with queen bed, adjacent to a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo
- Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and washer/dryer
Resort amenities include:
- Swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, and fitness center
- Tennis and basketball courts, archery lane, and a petting zoo with goats, ducks, and chickens
- Boat dock with approximately 22 slips available on a first-come, first-served basis
- Fish and scallop cleaning stations and plenty of trailer parking

Very spacious house. Great access to the dock so we were able to leave the boat in the water. The house had everything we needed for our stay in Steinhatchee.

We were only able to stay two of the three days of our stay. We loved the location and felt that the property needed to replace the mattresses and have basic cleaning supplies in the home (dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, toiletries).

Thank you for that feedback, we would like to clarify we do provide all of the supplies you have listed above along with coffee, paper towels and trash bags. If any of these were missing during your stay we would have been happy to provide them as housekeeping may have overlooked it.

The directions on the website was completely wrong needs to be updated. I stopped at Fiddlers and got the directions how to get to the condo. The house was fairly clean needs to be updated. The refrigerator smelled like fish that caused all of our food too smell like fish, but it is a fishing town so I guess that’s to be expected. We were with our family so anytime that happens is always a good time.
