Upon entering, you connect the spacious great room, fully equipped chef's kitchen, bar and dining area. Also a living room aria perfect for relaxing evenings with family and friends.

NO PERMITTED TO HAVE PARTIES OR EVENTS AT THE HOME.
NO SMOKING.
The only guests permitted to stay overnight are those included in the initial booking requests. Any other guests must leave the premises before 10 pm.

• Please do not rearrange furniture.
• Patio furniture must remain outside.
• Indoor furniture should not be moved outdoors.

Cleaning service is performed biweekly.
No glass or breakable tableware are allowed on the lanai and pool area. No grill or any open fire .House is on septic/well - please do not flush anything other than human waste and toilet paper down the drain, please do not use chlorine .
The property is equipped with video surveillance for your safety:
• Video doorbell monitoring the front entrance.
• Two exterior cameras monitoring the pool/water equipment on both sides of the house (24/7).
• One camera above the garage door monitoring the driveway and front yard.
• No cameras inside the house for your privacy.

Any damages must be paid by you before departure. If breaking the rules there is $500 fine.
