Our stay at this property was fabulous. We were close to everything. The house was spotless. The check in process was so easy. I would consider renting this property agAin.

Teresa I can’t say enough wonderful things about Teresa! She stayed at our home for a month and a half, and from the moment she arrived, we felt like we made a new friend. She was so kind, communicative, and took amazing care of the house. The brand-new home, with its large heated pool and screened enclosure, was such a joy to share, especially with the beach, shopping, and restaurants just minutes away. Beautiful, clean, and very kid-friendly home! It had so many thoughtful extras- pool towels, beach chairs, and even ice packs in the freezer. We came prepared, but it was such a relief not having to bring all those little things that can really add up fast. It made our stay that much more relaxing and enjoyable!

Beautiful house, with plenty of room!

We had a great experience from start to finish! A beautiful, spotless house, with easy access to parks and beaches. Comfortable and quiet, with lots of nice details. Lovely pool, and plenty of room for people to spread out. Plus, excellent communication with host. Thanks!

We had a great week in February! The property is amazing and communication with Anatoly was seamless. The check-in and check-out process was super easy. It was a short drive to Venice Beach, restaurants, grocery stores, shops and other locations. It is a beautiful home with an amazing pool. Highly recommend!

Venice Getaway

The house and property was very nice. Weather was awesome. The only faults would be that there was no grill. could also use more cooking pans and skillets. The marble floors in the showers were very slick, even with the suction mats provided. You had to be careful how you positioned yourself in the master bath shower with the 3 small suction mats, as they would slide under your feet.
