Inside, the cabin offers two spacious living areas, each furnished with cozy seating and smart TVs for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. One of the living areas features a gas fireplace, adding warmth and ambiance during cooler mountain evenings. The main kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and serve meals during your stay. It features modern appliances, cookware, utensils, and a large center island with seating for four, perfect for casual dining or chatting while you prepare meals. You are reserving a luxury vacation cabin with Pristine Vacation Rentals, the top vacation rental company in the area with 100% customer satisfaction and five star reviews across the board from VRBO, Flipkey etc…A few days prior to your arrival you will receive the cabins address, check-in/check-out instructions, door entry codes, wifi codes, house and property information as well as local suggestions of things to experience. If you reserved the property directly from our website you will receive this information in an email. If reserved the property through a third party platform such as VRBO, Flip Key, etc... They will provide you with this information. When reserved through VRBO the information will be sent to you the message thread where you booked the property and received your reservation confirmation message as well. Please respect the neighbors and clean up after yourselves.

Also feel free to use any of the spices, sugar, creamers etc… that are generally stocked in the fully equipped kitchen.
This is a SMOKE FREE environment! Please don't smoke in the cabin. If you choose to smoke outside please dispose of your cigarette butts.
PHONE SERVICE: Cell phone reception is generally good, but it can be spotty at times. We are in the mountains.
CHILDREN: This house is not child-proofed for young children.
SUPPLIES: Groceries and supplies are available within 5 to 10 miles, but we suggest guests bring what they may need for immediate use so they can stay and relax on the property for their first meals, if so desired.
FIRES: Guests are welcome to use the outdoor gas fireplace year-round. We provide one full tank of propane for your stay.
NO SMOKING POLICY due to guest and owner allergies. You will be charged an extra cleaning fee of $200 if you smoke inside the cabin. If you smoke outside please dispose of your cigarette butts properly.
GARBAGE: Guest are allowed to leave two (13 gallon trash bags) for free upon their departure. Any other trash must be disposed of at the local convenience center. If you choose not to take your garbage and leave more than two bags then there is a required trash fee of $25-$35 that is to be collected depending on the number of bags you leave at the property.
**Please do not leave any loose un-bagged trash in any of the indoor or outdoor garbage cans.

Fire Place Gas logs are unavailable in the summer months between May 31st - October 1st. However, if you booking specifically because of the fireplace please let us know and we will try and make special arrangements.
PLEASE NOTE: There are security cameras located both corners of the porch. This is only for the owner to keep an eye on their property when it’s vacant. The cameras are motion detected and records for 20 secs when it detects motion, it also has audio.
**Please Note: There is a lot of wildlife in this area, Please be aware of your surrounding while out enjoying the wilderness. These woods are home to our native fox, bobcats, deer, bears and snakes**
Please DO NOT leave food or trash in your car or outside. The bears will try any means to get to it.
