Charming Colonial house with the comforts of a modern home.
This Luxury Colonial Style house has 3 bedrooms (one downstairs, two upstairs), 2 full baths, kitchen and a family room with a pool table. Flat screen TVs in each room. The kitchen is fully equipped. The terrace has a lovely view of the volcanoes and surrounding mountains. There is a laundry room (The House keeper will do the laundry) and Wi-fi High speed Internet access and a secure safe deposit box for important papers.
Twenty minutes walking distance to central park. Ten Minutes to the Market. Ten Minutes to new Shopping Center. Inside a secured gated community. A housekeeper who will clean the house and do your laundry twice per week.
Bottled water is provided and replenished so you don´t have to buy it.
We can provide Airport pickup and return (You pay around $60 each way). Upon arrival we provide a welcome basket with fruit, coffee, bread, bottled water, etc. good for a day or two. The standard price is for 1 to 3 people. Additional guest pay and extra fee.

We had a wonderful time while staying in this lovely home is Antigua. Lots of room, everything you needed including coffee, sugar and cream for your morning coffee. This views from the food patio were amazing! I would definitely stay here on a future trip to Guatemala!

The host Rene was responsive, friendly, and helpful. The home is absolutely gorgeous and is in a great location. We enjoyed the pool table!! The fruit and cookies were a welcome surprise after a long day of travel.

Communication with Rene was prompt and clear.His property was beautiful, peaceful and clean. Kitchen had all amenities necessary to cook and serve food. Bathrooms had plenty of towels.The location is within walking distance to central park or if preferred, the cost of the tuk tuks, were inexpensive.This location is also within walking distance to two other areas: A modern shopping center where we found good restaurants and secure ATMs, and the local Market as well as the Artesian Market. Items here are cheaper than the places around the Central Park.My companions and I were very pleased with the property, all amenities and extra help we received with laundry.I highly recommend this property.

Don Rene is always very attentive to all of us, and we keep going back to his wonderful home. Vilma, the housekeeper, is just a 10-minute walk to the center of town, and the new shopping center Telares is only a five-minute walk away.

Great stay in Antigua
Loved the location, security, and convenience of Rene's property. He even helped me schedule transfers to and from the airport! Highly recommended.

Rene’s home is lovely! It has plenty of space for you to unwind and relax after a day around town. He and Vilma are very welcoming and friendly. Rene is quick to respond to any questions you may have and checks in throughout your stay to ensure everything is going well. The small rooftop deck is a nice treat where you can get a great view of El Volcán de Agua. There’s plenty to do near by and can also walk to a grocery store/shopping center. I will definitely keep this on my list to revisit and recommend to anyone planning a trip to Antigua.

Lovely home, host, and housekeeper. This was a great slightly tucked away quiet location where me and my 3 girlfriends were able to walk everywhere our entire stay. The home decor is impeccable. The fruit basket was a perfect welcome after a very long travel day from Lake Atitlan. Beds are on the firmer side. Rene our host was attentive and always helpful. We had a great time two nights in a row at his restaurant/salsa club Las Palmas. I highly suggest checking out! Great food, talented musicians, and good vibes. All around wonderful place to stay while visiting Antigua.

Wonderful home in a great part of town
We stayed at Rene’s for a week and have nothing but positive things to say about the house and Rene’s hospitality. The home is immaculate, quiet, and beautiful.

Antigua vacation
This was a beautiful, clean, safe, and quiet home in a gated neighborhood in Antigua. It was about a 10 minute walk from the central city, so it was quiet but still within walking distance or a $3-5 Uber for everything we wanted to do in Antigua. Highly recommend this place!

Amazing property!!
We loved everything about this stay. Rene is very accommodating and Vilma doing our laundry was theee best. Beds are comfortable .Loved having 2 bathrooms! 5 Star all the way !!!!

Quiet , tranquil location but close to restaurants , shops and local attractions. Rene the host has clean spacious rental and he is very attentive . Providing suggestions on places to eat , activities and his restaurant offers live music which I highly recommend. Definitely would recommend and intend to return in the future.

I own a well stablished restaurant in Antigua called Las Palmas. Borned in California and raised in Guatemala. Moved back to the US and lived there 33 years. Came back to Guatemala in 2003. I obtained my BS from University of Florida and worked for IBM, Marriott and PWC during my 25 year career. I am retired, have become a musician, love nature and the simple things in life.
