Fantastic property for a large group. Close to the strip and airport with Durango and a Costco right down the street. Host was very welcoming and accommodating and check in/checkout was very quick and easy. Perfect house with lots of options and space for a group.

Awesome, beautiful property!! So much for guests to do - pickleball, pool, swimming, table tennis, bags - and lots of places to relax. Definitely a good spot to rest and recharge :) Did notice some trash left under the sink by previous guests unfortunately and had to pick up essentials (TP, detergent, etc), but overall a nice stay! Didn’t notice from the pictures the master bedroom doesn’t have a door on the connected bathroom, but the rainfall shower was lovely. Great communication with the host!! Our family had a wonderful time!

We had a wonderful time. Ten adults for a family weekend. The house was clean and very spacious. We appreciated the large kitchen and all of the fun activities. Super easy to get to and from the airport and Red Rocks.

We had a great stay! The size of the main with the casita was perfect for our reunion weekend. We enjoyed grilling and hanging out. The house gave us all a place to gather and the casita gave out introverts a place with quiet.

The house is beautiful! I stayed here with 10 friends and there was plenty of space and so much to do. It was easy to get to and the host was amazing! I highly recommend and will be staying here again.

We had an amazing stay! The home was exactly as described clean, spacious, and perfect for our weekend. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and the host was responsive and accommodating whenever we had questions.The check-in process was smooth, and the house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We truly appreciated the hospitality and care that went into making guests feel welcome.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and beautiful place to stay. Thank you for helping make our weekend so special!

Amenities were fantastic! The hammock was broken unfortunately and there was not a fire pit but everything else was terrific. So much to do.

The host was fine. We only corresponded via text and email and that worked just fine. The house itself worked great for eight of us old guys. The only negatives were, there was no fire pit, and there was no mini golf. We did use wedges and wiffle balls hit into an inner tube, which worked well.

Amenities were broken when we arrived like the playground and hammock. We were then charged for these items but we luckily had insurance so we didn’t have to come 900 out of pocket. We were also charged 840 the day of arrival because we had family from the area visit us on our wedding day although they did not stay overnight. The house was nice and spacious but I don’t care for the host or the cheaply bought furniture.

Guets was smoking inside the house and cause lots of damage, bad reviews that we post make the Guest give us the Batel reviews as well although everything is good with the property.

We had a disappointing stay at this house. We were 6 women staying for 2 nights. We arrived at check in time to a door code issue and no response from the host until much later after several tries to reach them. Luckily, one of the patio doors was left unlocked and we were able to get into the house and garage. The house was not in good, ready condition. Towels were still in the dryer. Several items were broken (curtain rods, towel bars, game tables), some amenities were missing (garage door opener, bath rugs, coffee grinder, beach chairs), there were not enough toilet paper, some shades/curtains were missing or not in good condition. Though we didn’t see any ants, there were ant traps in the kitchen and bathrooms. The house was listed as 7 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms which was one of the reasons we chose this house. What was not clear in the description was that 2 of the bedrooms and 1 full bathroom is in a separate ADU in the backyard. This worked out for us, but it would be helpful to have known that in advance. Overall, the property was big, has the basics of what you’ll need and can accommodate a lot of people. It does need some updates, repairs and maintenance to make the stay more enjoyable. More responsive communication from the host would also be more helpful.
