This one bedroom in the perfect size for a quick get away or a longer stay. Fully equipped kitchen, washer dryer in unit, full bath with a tub, Queen bed, futon in a common area for extra guests, and a cozy but spacious living room with hardwood floors and a wood stove.

- Shower before entering the tub
- Wear flip flops or slippers to the tub to avoid getting sand and dirt in the tub
- Make sure you put the cover into the cover holder when taking off the cover
- Make sure you put the cover on the tub after each use

The property is a stand-alone completely private home. Guests are only 10 minutes away from New Mexico State University and 55 minutes from El Paso International Airport. If you are looking for a more adventurous day you can take a trip to the beautiful White Sands National Park. Only 50 minutes away from the park where you can enjoy sledding down the bright white dunes, going for a hike, or enjoying a picnic at sunset.

We are a local small Real Estate Company (Rethink Real Estate LLC) who manages Airbnbs, we have a full staff to assist you during your stay.

We are not on the premises, but the primary host along with co-hosts are available majority of the time and are quick to answer any questions or help with any issues on the app in your message thread. We also have an office in Las Cruces running during the day from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM for your convenience.
