Nestled beneath the trees of Tyler’s historic Charnwood District, she’s a gracious hostess with stories in her floorboards and hospitality in her bones. Inside, you’ll find two cozy bedrooms with just the right creak to remind you she’s been around the block, along with a moody study perfect for writing, working, or late-night scheming — complete with two sofa beds. The full kitchen is stocked for every mood, from coffee mugs to cocktail tumblers to that one glass that somehow makes water taste better. Vintage touches mingle with modern comforts, including Wi-Fi (because even a grand old lady keeps up with the times). A spacious yard invites sunrise coffee, sunset frisbee, and stargazing in between. Whether you’re sipping lemonade on the porch, curled up with a book in the study, or plotting your next East Texas adventure, Claire is ready to welcome you like the classy Southern lady she is…with a wink.
