Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. 3 king beds and 2 queen beds allows for maximum nightly comfort. Cleanest rental in Tyler!

We REALLY enjoyed our stay at this property. It was the cleanest rental from any other rental company in Tyler that we have stayed at. Property owners were very responsive. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice new place!

Brought down some of my family for a funeral of my sister in Tyler. Very nice, new property and clean with complimentary coffee, etc. Easy checkin and nice owners.

Perfect Stay

This is a new home with lots of space and close to everything (restaurants, mall, shopping). Owner was very quick to respond to issues with thermostat and was very accommodating.ook no further!!! Definitely will book with them again.

A good fit

Very nice place for the needs of our small group. Property well located within a very short distance of shopping and the church. Pretty area. The master walk in shower would benefit from a hand held shower head

Wedding Weekend

Everything was great!! Carmen and Logan were super easy to communicate with and made sure we felt at home. Will always use them and their properties when we are in Tyler. Can’t recommend enough!!

Cozy Place

Very nice place, clean and fairly new construction. Maser has 2 doubles so we stayed in a regular room to have a king bed. Might have been a bit of an issue if more than just 2 of us staying, but it all worked out fine! Will try to rent again next time in town.

Feels like home

Communication was great before and during the stay. The location is close to where we needed to be around town. We live in Tyler but stayed here while having work done on our house. The owners even tried to help us find another place after our house was delayed being finished.

Very nice house in a newer neighborhood on a dead-end street. The location is very quiet. House was extremely clean and comfortable. Only request upon checkout was to carry out trash. Highly recommend.

Awesome! Will be back for sure!!

Amazing!! The house was like brand new, it was spotless!! It had everything we needed & great coffee too! Great communication & the owners were very nice and helpful. House is in a really nice clean neighborhood & only a couple of mins from Food & restaurants. We will be back for sure!

Trade day weekend

Rented this place for the canton trade day weekend. The house was a great size for our family ( 8 adults) . Only a little drive from Tyler to canton , nothing to bad. The house was fully equipped and so clean! In the perfect location for all you needs , grocery stores, restaurants! Property manager was great and was there for any questions we had! Would highly recommend this property!

Great stay at a great place!

The property manager checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and the property was beautiful. We enjoyed our weekend getaway and would recommend to those wanting a great location in Tyler!
