Very convenient location close to Strip, stores and resturants near everything we needed. Very spacious great for big family. We enjoyed the all outdoor amenities. Host very responsive throughout our stay.

This home was a perfect fit for our trip. The interior was very nice, outdoor area worked well for our 3 year old kids. Pool was a little too cold to enjoy in October.

The house was beautiful, as per description on Vrbo. Very much a communal house, we had a great trip with 5 of us attending an expo at Mandalay bay. The house is quite remote with only one neighbour next door. Everything was great and highly recommend staying here.

This property sucked. There were SO MANY rules and regulations about what was and was not allowed (“no congregating outside per city ordinance after 10p”) - like, what!?! I have never been so glad a vacation is over as this one. The highest end item I found in this home was the 1 extra roll of paper towels they left for us that were Kirkland Signature. I mean, they make great paper towels but it was not luxurious. The dollar store shampoo, soap, etc products were rough. I actually went and bought my own to replace. The gas station toilet paper was insulting. When paying that much a night can I at least get some Charmin? THIS HOME IS NOT WELL STOCKED! If you have no intention of cooking you’ll be fine. Maybe. For such a large kitchen it surprised me greatly to find that the “well appointed” kitchen did not have a cutting board, wine key, mixing bowls, proper utensils for cooking/baking/grilling. There wasn’t even a salt and pepper shaker!?! Luckily though, and I say this sarcastically, an old loaf of bread was left for us in one of the cupboards and some freezer-burnt Eggo waffles in the freezer. (Both were a hard pass). THIS HOME IS NOT CLEANED WELL NOR PROPERLY! We found old bacon in the air fryer, smoothie contents still covering the inside of the blender, a dishwasher that did not get dishes clean so you never knew when you were pulling out a dirty bowl, plate, etc…from the cupboard. The pubic hair in the bathroom was last string for me. Total ick!
The pool that had 2 chairs total, no net for cleaning and a pump on a timer. Had to ask owners to come clean but then realized it was not heated so we didn't even use.
Maybe these extra chairs were for our use but we declined. This speaks to the level of "high end" this villa is

Sara request to cancel the reservation 48 hours before the check-in we deny her request and result she put a bad review. I do happy that we have many other good reviews that explain the condition of the house.

I think the property has a lot of potential, but most of the finishes were poorly done. It’s got ample space, but doesn’t not feel High End as it says on listing. For instance during our stay, the handle to the slider to get outside broke and wouldn’t lock or open properly which can cause quite a hazard for little kids going outside . While sitting at the dining table, the bench buckled and both my kids and I fell along with the bench. When we looked at the leg of the bench we saw there was only one of the 3 required screws on it. There was also a staple sticking out under the island that scraped me when I sat on the barstool. Sheets did not look super clean either, just some minor stain and found 2 hairs in the master bedroom bed as well. We enjoyed being able to swim in the hot weather, but there was also no skimmer to clean the leaves and such that blow into the pool, so my husband went out and bought one. Paying closer attention to little details would go a long way at this home. For instance, better choice hand soap and toiletry items in the shower. Even just a box of tissue or a better choice of toilet paper so that it could feel more high end as described in the listing. The pictures look great, but not an accurate representation of the actual home’s current state.
