Cape-style 3 bedroom home with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, plus an outdoor shower. Open style floor plan downstairs with an open kitchen (w/updated appliances, including dishwasher) featuring an island/breakfast bar, and a dining area and living room. Off of the living room is the back deck with Grill, an outdoor shower and a fenced in back yard. 2 Large bedrooms and a full bath upstairs and an additional bathroom and bedroom downstairs (with two twin beds). Laundry on premises. House is very clean and comfortable. Wifi ready.

Awesome vocation in the Vineyard

The house was AWESOME. It is near everything. Such a quiet and friendly neighborhood. All you heard was bird chirping, so relaxing!! Had all house essentials available. Kitchen was loaded with all accessories in which came in handy. They even had a coffee maker which It helped in the morning if you’re a coffee lover. Deck was good size and you can bbq. We didn’t use the outside shower but it was a great one in case you would want to shower after the beach. The laundry came in handy. There are plenty of kids toys and bikes to all kind of ages. I got in touch with the owner Julie a few times and she even allowed us to get in the house earlier then check in time and stayed later until our ferry ride. She is great at answering quickly. We got our car with us and the house has a ton of parking. Loved the big ceiling window in the master room. The jacuzzi was in great condition. Basically, to sum up our stay, AWESOME vocation. I will go back to this house.

Great July 4th week!

We had a great week in this home first week of July 2019. The kitchen was well appointed and we used grille on deck. 2 bathrooms was key for us. We took advantage of bicycles in basement. The lay out made for easy cooking and easy clean up. We really enjoyed it and give it 5 stars. We only had 1 question for owners and their reply was immediate! A great little vacation home!

Very comfortable for our family of 6

This property is well described. The location was great for our family. We biked to town and beach without a struggle. The house is very spacious. Having two full baths is a huge plus. Separate beds for all the kids was also great. The gas grill came in handy a few nights. Julie was very response and very helpful with all our questions. The neighborhood is very quiet but still close to everything. We were only able to fit 5 bikes on our car rack so it was great to not have to rent the sixth bike since there were four bikes that Julie offered us. We had no issues with the WiFi. Opening windows and running the ceiling fans at night kept that house cool even though it was mid August. Thank you Julie couldn't of asked for more.

Clean, well stocked property. Comfortable for family.

Enjoyed our stay. Owners were easy to reach. They have a little bit of everything for everybody already on the property (bikes, fishing rods, golf clubs, toys, games, beach gear, you name it). Would stay here again. SMD (Aug. 2017)

Dutch people visiting MV for wedding and vacation

Nice house with plenty of room, in a quiet neighbourhood. As Dutch people we loved to bike;so we did lent and rent bikes and could go all over the eastern side of the island on good bikepaths. The lagoon is on a very short walking distance with good swim possibilities, the beaches on 15 min. bike, nice sandy. The western side of MV we did by bus; stop at 5 min! We loved the fact that there was a big washing machine in the basement, as well as a dryer of the same size; very easy when you love to be on the beach almost every day! Our grandson(3years) loved to go downstairs with me and play a little bit with the toys in that space. Bedrooms are large, bathrooms very much o.k., good grill outside. We loved our stay!

We are a family that live in NYC. We grew up in Massachusetts: Julie summered on Martha's Vineyard in college and Matt and Julie were married on the Vineyard in 2000, and subsequentally decided that they would love to own on MV. We vacation on Martha's Vineyard whenever possible, even over the winter holidays. T

Having spent time in all of the towns on Martha's Vineyard, Oak Bluffs interested us with all of its ammenities. The street was queit and peaceful, yet it is only a 5-7 minute drive to town where there are all kinds of great restaurants, interesting galleries, The Gingerbread Houses, The Tabernacle, Owen Park, O.B. Harbor, and the Carousel to only name a few of attractions. It is also convenient to Vineyard Haven Town, and it is easy drive to get to Edgartown. The balance of the house being quiet yet conenient was an important decision when we purchased the house. We love the beaches and wanted to be a short drive to the beaches as well.

The house caught our attention with its open floor plan. When we are on the Vineyard, we like to have friends and family down, so it is nice to be in the kitchen and to have everyone else in your company when they are in the living room or dining room. The fenced in yard is also convenient with our kids. The back yard is very private and we look onto woods, so that is was also of great appeal.
