This house was perfect for our family. Very clean with the best layout and across the street from the bay beach. We enjoyed sunny day, relaxing times on the deck with excellent water views and comfortable beds. Our host was very responsive and made us feel welcome with her communication. We had a very memorable time in Eastham, loved it!

Another wonderful week on the best deck with the amazing view … Days of rest and relaxation, bike rides on the trail, ice cream and grilling out! The only issue is how fast the week goes by! See you next year… thank you!

This is the 6th summer that we have rented this property, and each time it feels like "coming home." The owner takes meticulous care and really goes above and beyond to make their guests comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed and if you were not driving to the destination as we do, with the exception of sheets and towels which you could rent, the house has all that you need.This year we had our toddler grandson with us and the proximity to the beach and the way the house is laid out made that an easy transition. Eastham is a lovely community with all that you need nearby. Although we feel sad each time we leave, we look forward to our return. Thanks again!

Such a special place

My husband and I stayed here with our two sons and had a wonderful time. The home was spotless and location was spectacular, perfect for swimming at high tide, exploring at low tide and enjoying breathtaking sunsets. The owner has thought of every detail to make this a lovely home to rent.

Cape cod perfection

This is the third time we have stayed here and each time was better than the last. The house is in a fabulous location and very well maintained by an attentive and thoughtful owner. Am envious of who is staying there next!

Second stay

This was my second time staying in this wonderful house. Clean, well furnished, awesome views. Stone’s throw to the beach. Great visit with family. I very highly recommend

A wonderful vacation!

This is a lovely vacation house. Beautiful views. A few steps from the beach. We loved exploring the sand and mud flats during low tide and swimming at high tide. The details of the house are carefully considered and the owner of the house is thoughtful and responsive. We spent two wonderful weeks here and are dreaming of returning next summer!
