Each rental has colorful elegant casual island decor with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, outside deck and same level washer and dryer. There is ample covered parking . Each will sleep 6 guests.

Short walk to the beach!

Short walk to the beach with private parking. Limited beach access gave us a week on the beach without crowds. Will absolutely consider this location again.

Excellent vacations

The house and the location is excellent!!! Super clean heated pool, which makes your vacation incredible. The beach is very close to less than 2 minutes walking. From the moment we arrived until we left, the communication with Katy was excellent (for me it is very important to have communication with the managers) she was super kind and I want to thank her for that, without a doubt we will return to this house, we will reserve for next year. Thank you for everything, my family and I had an amazing vacation.

Amazing beach trip

The property was perfect for our vacation. Property was as described. Pros: We enjoyed the cool AC, hot showers and the pool was refreshing after a day at the beach. Cons: We could have benefited from a water hose to rinse off, the outdoor shower does not work. the shower in the primary bedroom leaks, needs it rubber “thingy” replaced at the bottom of the shower door. Will definitely return again.

Great location, good for price

Amazing location by beach. Kathy and team are super sweet and responsive. Condo is pretty sparse but beds, sheets, towels all high quality. Strong a/c. Beautiful pool, shared with one other condo unit. The beach things provided were all on their last leg (chairs, toys, umbrella). Good find for the price considering the rates on AMI these days!

Not what we expected

We had reservations to stay for 6 weeks in Feb. The best thing about this condo was the location. On beach side and very short walk to the beachThe picture on vrbo and location is what we based our stay. It looked nothing like what we expected! Layout same but the furniture didnt match the pic we saw on vrbo. Big surprise!Very dated and furniture worn out and dirty. The towels were worn out. The kitchen was poorly stocked with cooking utensils, etc.We rented this after reading the "excellent " reviews...it was not excellent at all.Kathy, the property manager was very nice and accomodating, bringing us a dresser for the 2nd bed room and extra table and chairs. Thank you Kathy!I understand we were there after the hurricanes, but what we got was not hurricane damage, just neglect and not maintained.

Great Location

We loved this property! We stayed in Neptune East and the cozy open concept was wonderful. The location can't be beat on a dead end street just a few minutes walk to the beach. It was very clean and let's not forget to mention the pool! Pictures do not do this rental justice!! One last thing, Kathy is amazing! We will definitely be renting again

Had a wonderful vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for us. The pool was nice to have on days too chilly for the beach. The property manager, Kathy, was so nice to work with and took good care of us. We look forward to going back!

Great communication!

We rented in 2020 and then wasn’t able to go because of Covid. Kathy was awesome about working with me to reschedule. She responded very quickly to my many questions. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location

The location is in a dead end street and just a block from the entrance to the best and only surfing spot in the island. The salt water heated pool was lovely. While the condo allowed dogs, they not allowed in any beach in the island. Unfortunately the cleaners forgot to take out the trash so the apartment reeked when we came in. There was no TP, trash bags, dishwasher detergent or laundry detergent. The property manager was quick to respond and brought us TP and trash bags. The kitchen is also missing a cutting board and a good knife.

Spring visit-2021

Kathy and Amber were great! Easy check-in process and very helpful and accommodating. Great location -5 minute walk to beach. Nice salt water pool. We were in Neptune East so morning sun but not much in afternoon on our deck or around pool BUT that isn’t necessarily a bad a thing. Roomy accommodations- we like to cook so would recommend a few more kitchen items but enough to make it work. Also, bring your bikes if driving or rent them. Definitely the way to get around island during high season. Traffic is a bear😳 Our first time on AMI and won’t be our last!

Trip was canceled due to COVID-19

Never got to stay. Trip was canceled due to COVID-19 travel restrictions. Still waiting for Reimbursement for the trip. The owner Kathy was very nice and said she would refund us as soon as possible. That was on 03/29/20. Nothing as of yet. Gave everything a 5 star rating but that is due to how understanding the owner Kathy was. Have a great day and stay safe

Loved the house, the pool and location! Property was well kept and the manager wonderful.

We all enjoyed our stay at Neptune very much. The house had everything we needed and the pool was great for days we couldn’t make it to the beach. The location was perfect. The propert manager, Kathy was extremely accommodating!

The property is perfect. Clean, close to the beach and everything you need for a week on the island

I will definitely look to rent from Kathy and her crew again. The unit was clean at check in(which we got in a couple hours early and it was already to go for us). One big draw for us was the acceptance of pets. Even though we did not bring our pup this time it's nice to know that there is a nice clean place that allows pets. The pool was also a big plus. Clean and just the right size for everyone to hang out after a day on the beach. As soon as we have our dates for next year we will be calling Kathy. Thank you so much for a great stay. Anna Maria Island is by far our favorite vacation spot and can't wait til next time.

Perfect vacation home

We could not have been happier with this rental. Beginning with the check in process and the overall communication with the property manager. Any questions were addressed immediately! The house was clean and had everything we needed. The pool area was clean and beautiful. I also can say enough about the location! It’s located on a very quiet cul de sac and it took us about 5 minutes (with small children) to walk to the beach. We love Anna Maria Island and no doubt will try to rent this house again in the future!!

A wonderful vacation rental. We rented both units (both units for 2 weeks, and the East unit for one week) The place was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood was upscale, quiet with a short walk to the beach. Heated Pool was lovely, but most importantly the management was outstanding!!!. Kathy met with us on arrival and two other times when we couldn't work the TV. She was knowledgeable, pleasant and went out of her way to please us. I needed minimal weekly housekeeping and the housekeeper she arranged for me made everything look as it did when we arrived (did lots of extras)
