In the heart of Old Town, convenient to everything, this condo is set above a brick and tree lined courtyard that includes shops and restaurants. This three bedroom two bath unit is in one of two standalone WALK-UP buildings in the Duval Square complex. You enter a large open living, dining, kitchen area with French doors & porch overlooking the courtyard below. The master bedroom with ensuite bath has a king bed and access to a second deck area overlooking the courtyard. There is a shared pool and sunning area that overlooks the world famous Duval Street. Central air conditioning/heat & 1 covered parking space. PLEASE NOTE THIS PROPERTY IS ACCESSED BY STAIRS ONLY.

Great location and comfortable condo for a weekend trip.

Comfortable stay, access to a shared pool. It’s a busy location and a bit awkward getting in and out of the condo.

Great stay

Very close to everything. parking garage is very close to the property. The pool was definitely enjoyed by all. The property is clean and convenient. Check out Moondog Café while you’re there.

Great time in Key West!

Great property, very conveniently located, property manager was very easy to work with. Check in, check out, were very easy. Property was great - clean, spacious, had everything we needed. Great stay!

February Break 2025

Property was in great shape with two outdoor seating areas and a washer/dryer which was convenient. Fantastic location that allowed two teenagers their freedom to explore without worry. Parked with ease in the lot. Overall a terrific stay.

The best of Key West

We had a fantastic stay! This condo is extremely spacious and had plenty of room for 3 couples. We will absolutely be booking again next trip down!

Perfect Location!

The property was very well kept and perfectly situated to enjoy all that there is to do in Key West. The furniture was comfortable and the pool was a nice touch (even though we didn’t use it)!

Very helpful property manager!

This was a wonderful place to stay. It is centrally located which is just what you need there because walking to get around is the way ti go. The place was clean and had what was needed. When we arrived we had a question and request about the bedding and the property manager was so helpful and took care of everything right away. One issue t to be aware of that is no one’s fault is the loud roosters crowing all night that interferes with sleep. But that’s Key West! We highly recommend this place!

Duval Square Courtyard Condo

We loved the condo and found it very clean, a great layout and roomy, and well stocked. The location was perfect for us, on the quieter section of Duval St, yet easily accessible to everything.

Key West destination wedding

The property was everything we hoped. The location was not to far but far enough away of all the late nite partying...which we were close enough to partake in also if we chose to...Bars and restaurants walking distance...would absolutely rent from them again...

Excellent choice

Right in central of town Could walk to everything. Accommodations were wonderful. Clean and what u needed to cook was in the kitchen. Very safe place to stay. Mini Mart steps away. Would rent there again.

Close to Duvall

If you want to be on Duvall and about halfway between Mallory Square and Southernmost point, this is a great location. It is located on top of and next to businesses that stay open late so if you are early to bed, there is a good deal of noise until about midnight. It was perfect for our family.

Great location. Very roomy and comfortable

The location is great. Walk downstairs to two restaurants and right out onto Duval street. Our only complaint was that the property has an employee use a very loud blower every other morning for about 40 minutes. No peaceful coffee on the deck while that is going on. Other than that the place was exactly as advertised. Pool was warm and there is a CVS close by for anything you need.

Great property

This property was very clean and has a great location, close to everything. The parking garage was very safe and secure and there was street parking for a second vehicle. The renters were very easy to work with and friendly. My only recommendation is for more silverware. We had 7 adults and only 4 sets of silverware, so we had to continuously wash them. Other than that, great experience and would return there.

Key West With Hurricane Ian!

Unfortunately we could not really enjoy the beat of Key West due to our timing! This was our first ever visit to the Keys. We had booked a 5 day stay and on our first full day we experienced our first hurricane! All bars and restaurants were closed for a couple of days and beaches were closed for our entire stay, so we decided to leave a day early. Hopefully come back again in the future for a better experience

Good sized condo and Calmer End of Duval Street

The condo was a good size for 6 adults and had plenty of seating. It’s close to Southern most point waterfront (opposite end from Mallory). The condo is in a retail/restaurant courtyard above a sushi restaurant with some late night noise/smells. Patrolling roosters that crow 24/7. Could use some blackout drapes in the bedrooms. Responsive management, nice pool. Easy walking to lots of entertainment, bars, restaurants and rentals. Nearby museums.

Read this review first!

The condo itself is wonderful - spacious, well appointed and the location was great. I take pride in finding great vacation properties for our family, but NOWHERE in the description or reviews did they mention all the wild roosters that roam the area, crowing all day long. At first we tried to laugh it off but we could NOT sleep past 5am because the birds were screaming in the courtyard, echoing sound right outside the condo. The sound permeated the closed and locked windows and doors. Vacation is supposed to be fun and relaxing and this consistent noise made it impossible to rest. We asked the office why this issue wasn’t communicated to us ahead of time and they didn’t have an answer. We understand nature cannot be controlled but the issue needs to be addressed ahead of time. The condo area could have done something to mitigate the birds or make it less enticing to be there. Purchasing earplugs from CVS was helpful but it wasn’t enough. We feel cheated. We won’t be back.

Great Location

This condo is in a great location - more toward the southern end of Duval street, but a very easy walk to get to Mallory Square and anything in between. There is also a bus stop for the free bus that can also take you into Mallory Square. The space in the condo was good for the 7 of us staying there, the kitchen, while not overflowing with dishes, pans, etc did have the basics and were adequate for the cooking we did. We loved the outdoor balcony and being over some of the shops and restaurants in the little alley-way. We did hear the roosters every morning - but we have been to Key West many times and knew that this is part of KW, so their early morning crowing didn't bother us - we had some laughs over it! The pool was close by and had many tables and a large covered area so the option for shade is available. Overall, great location, great space and we'd consider staying here again on another trip.

Great Vacation Condo for our Family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was spacious, clean and we really like the location up above Duval Street and on the quieter side. The balconies overlooking the courtyard were great and we enjoyed the pool. We have rented many vacation condos in the past and our only recommendation is that the kitchen could be better equipped. We had to buy foil pans to use in the oven as there were none and there could have been more plates and silverware for a property that sleeps 6-8 people. It wouldn't stop me from recommending this condo, but just think the feedback is worth hearing. Great vacation condo to consider!
