Guests will have full, private access to the entire home and outdoor areas during their stay. This includes:



✅ The entire house – including all 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and the spacious living areas

✅ The fully equipped modern kitchen for cooking and dining

✅ The private balcony with scenic views of the pool, trees, and mountains

✅ The backyard and private pool, perfect for lounging, swimming, or enjoying the desert breeze

✅ The laundry area with washer and dryer for your convenience

✅ Driveway and free on-site parking



Whether you're relaxing indoors or exploring the outdoors, the space is entirely yours to enjoy. No shared areas or interruptions.



Other Things to Note:

🦎 Wildlife Disclaimer:

This villa is tucked into the desert foothills, so it’s normal to see local wildlife such as insects, lizards, snakes, or small animals. Please keep a respectful distance—they usually pass through without issue. If wildlife ever feels like an immediate concern (near the pool, patio, or entryways), contact us right away so we can assist!



🔥 Heated Pool & Hot Tub Info:

Want to enjoy the pool or spa with extra comfort? Heating is available upon request.

Optional Heating: Pool is not heated by default. Message us in advance with your ETA if you’d like heating enabled.

Daily Costs:

Pool + Hot Tub: $70/day

Hot Tub only: $30/day

Temperature Settings:

Pool: 78–84°F (heated daily 8 AM–4 PM)

Hot Tub: Adjustable up to 103°F (instructions provided at check‑in)



Pool Depth: The pool is approximately 6 feet deep at its deepest point.



⏰ Arrival Matters: Provide an accurate ETA and arrive within 2 hours of that time. Late arrivals may reset the timer, delaying heating.

🛁 Hot Tub / Spa Heating Notice:

Pool and spa share the same heating system. Once the spa reaches its target temperature, the system switches back to heating the pool.

The in‑home iPad controls only pool/spa lights—not heating schedules. If you’d like to use the hot tub later in the evening, message us ahead of time so we can remotely restart the heating system. Heating takes time, so advance notice ensures it’s ready when you want it.



📬 Mail & Package Disclaimer:

For your convenience, please note the following guidelines regarding mail and deliveries during your stay:

Direct Delivery Only: Any mail, packages, or deliveries should be received by guests in person or delivered directly to the property doorstep.

No Mailbox Access: We do not have access to the mailboxes, as they are reserved for owner use only.

Assistance Option: If on‑site coordination or retrieval assistance is needed from our ground team, additional charges may apply.

🏠 Two living rooms give groups plenty of space to spread out, relax, or enjoy different activities.

🪜 This is a two‑story home with stairs; may not suit guests with limited mobility.

🚗 Garage is off‑limits, but free driveway parking is available.



🚨 Important Note – No Pets Allowed:

This home maintains a strict pet‑free environment to ensure comfort and safety for all guests. Any evidence of pets will result in a $250 fine. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
